Hi Severine , thanks for the kind review , yes their is a charge for beds by the pool , however in Santiago 3/4 the cost of hiring the apartments for a week is far higher than Santiago 1 complex , so if that is factored in it’s still cheaper even if paying for beds by the pool xx

Hi Lee Thanks for your review , if it had been 3 months or more notice you requested changing your dates we would of had a chance to re sell your two weeks , but as it was only a few weeks before we would of had no chance of re selling your weeks , which would of meant us losing money for the weeks you had booked , our contract/ service was to provide you with our apartment which we honoured , if you could not travel for any reason you should of been able to claim in your travel insurance 🤷‍♂️ So maybe a bit unfair to expect apartment owners to lose money for any reason that you might not be able to travel 🤔 and as I mentioned we have moved dates provided we had 3 months or more notice and or we can re sell the dates that were booked , this way it’s a win win situation . Our policy to protect our business interests clearly stated , no refund for cancellation policy . Glad you enjoyed your stay

Hi Odette, Thanks for your review , although I do not agree with some of your comments , new utensils were replaced last year , although some maybe older , the tv is not a smart tv but it is only 3 years old , and of course most people don’t go on holiday to watch tv . Their was a bin in the kitchen not sure why it’s not still there , having said that we use black bin liner to discard waste in as they hold more etc ., and more convenient as has to be taken out each day . The apartment is not old or dated inside ? A lot of new furnishings in the last year and decor is modern including recent new curtains / pictures etc , it has every modern comfort as well ? As you can see by all of our other reviews your description / opinion is not shared , but I will take onboard your comments and continue to improve the apartment. Thanks Martin
