On road parking a short 5-10 min walk from Mablethorpe High Street meant the teenagers of the family could ‘do their own thing’ only a short distance from the house and we didn’t need to drive to keep them entertained. The owner was accessible and communicative and we had no complaints or issues during our stay, which was comfortable and more than adequate for our visit to see family. We would return here again.

I’m a married mother of 2, born and raised in Lincolnshire, my husband’s family is from Mablethorpe and surrounding villages and towns. We have spent a lot of time in Mablethorpe with our family and now our children are growing up, the novelty of donkey rides, sandcastles and penny arcades has worn off, so now it’s time to share our little gem with others.
Why they chose this property
This property is a home from home, we have spent a lot of time here, so have filled drawers with equipment etc that you won’t need to pack. It’s location is super central to everything, everything is within walking distance.

Situated on a quiet residential street, on road parking in front of the property. Everything within walking distance, a play park, shops, the beach, bars and restaurants etc
