Amazing Villa with capacity for 8 people.

The House is currently being remodeled, and there will be a new 9 meter pool, the rooms are being remodeled and the house is being painted. The changes will be ready by the end of January 2022 to the beginning of February 2022. If a house was considered fantastic, imagine with these changes!

House fully equipped with seating for 8 people 2 minutes from the beach.
Located in the new part of the village next to the stadium and municipal pools. A few meters away is grocery store, hairdresser, café, grill, gym, tennis court and supermarket (Mainland, Lidl, Pingo Doce).
Inside: 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 W. C, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry.
Outside: BBQ with dining area, garden 400 m2, W. C. with shower, and several recreational areas including small park Child.
The property features: Cable TV, Internet, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, plus other small appliances.
Hits: Node A8 5 Km
The house is an excellent base for exploring the Costa da Prata. The historic towns of Alcobaça, Batalha and Fatima and the village of São Martinho do Porto are a short drive away, as well as the world heritage town of Obidos with its walled castle and cobbled streets. For golf enthusiasts, the paths Playa del Rey & Golden Eagle are about 25 minutes drive.

A beautiful villa. Very spacious with a great outdoor space. Located just outside the seaside resort of Nazare which we found beautiful and very interesting. Great choice of supermarkets within walking distance.Dora was very welcoming and checked us in personally as soon as we arrived.

Great location and a beautiful house. It had all the amenities. We had a great time. While the ad stated 4 bathrooms, three we inside, the fourth was outside.

Perfect Stay with Amazing Outdoor Area!

We stayed in the apartment with a group of six and had an absolutely fantastic time. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well equipped. The highlight for us was definitely the outdoor area – the pool and garden are simply amazing! We spent almost our entire holiday outside enjoying the beautiful weather and relaxing by the pool.Communication with Dora was smooth and easy, and the check-in process went without any issues. The location is also great – there’s an Aldi within walking distance, and both Continente and Lidl are nearby as well.All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again!

Very relaxing and clean property

The house was exactly like the picture. The kitchen had all the amenities necessary. The outdoor cooking area was amazing. The beds were comfortable . The master suite and walking closet were very roomy. We had a wonderful stay.

Family Holiday

We have just spent a week at the villa & had a fabulous stay. Dora was very accomodating and the villa itself immaculate. It has everything you need and the pool and outdoor kitchen are great. There are some shops and resteraunts nearby (Esmareldas was very nice) but it is useful to have a car to get to Nazare & explore the area. Thankyou again Dora for being a great host! ☺️

Simply the best

Clean, spacious, welcoming, relaxing. A home base for seven days that allowed us to explore each morning and then come bk for swimming, reading, relaxing. We ate out but also cooked some great communal meals at ‘home’ and used the fabulous outdoor kitchen area alot. Dora is a gracious and helpful host, quick to help with any needs. We slso Loved the well behaved Cacao ( chocolate lab) who came by our gate for a scratch!

We hoped for good. This place is GREAT!!

While visiting Portugal, we (3 couples from US) stayed here for 5 nights. Very quiet safe neighborhood. Plus house is gated. Quick communication/response with owner, Dora, who was very accommodating and knowledgeable. House was very clean, spacious, and even had a washer with outside drying. Beautiful private pool in backyard but a little cool to swim in early April. Grocery store 5 minutes away was helpful. Would definitely return.

Perfect Family Getaway

The villa was perfect for a relaxing getaway for a family of six adults and two six-year-olds. Very child-friendly layout and child-friendly pool.Great communication from Dora throughout, and the villa far exceeded our expectations. It was big enough for us all to be together but also to have some space. We only ate out twice as we didn't have a car, but the local restaurant - Esmeraldas - had lovely food.Good selection of supermarkets close by and the town is walkable (but has steep uphills on the way back). You can also walk to Sitio de Nazaré. We even walked back from the water park as we couldn't get a taxi - it was less than 2 miles.If I went again, I would get a car, but we had a big party so it didn't really fit our plans.The master bedroom is huge, along with three other bedrooms and two other bathrooms, as well as the toilet and shower in the block outside.The kitchen was great, and had everything we needed, and the outside BBQ area is perfect for evenings and long lunches.Would highly recommend this villa - we've come back very relaxed and Dora was great, and I would definitely go back to this villa if I travel to Nazare again.

Très belle Villa à Nazare

La Villa est très belle, très bien entretenue et décorée avec soins. Dora est charmante que ce soit pour l’accueil comme pour sa disponibilité si besoin. La villa est proche des centres commerciaux (Continente, Aldi, Lidl) pour d’éventuelles courses et pas très loin de de Sítio et Praia de Norte. Voiture obligatoire pour se rendre à Nazare ville. Quelques petits détails, manque un kit de bienvenue (condiments, une ou deux capsules de café…) et peut être un répétiteur wifi pour les chambres à l’étage. Pour le reste tout était parfait.

bien mais pas luxe

Grande villa conforme aux photos. Notre hôte , discrète , réactive et surtout très arrangeante car nous a permis d’emménager un peu avant et de partir un peu après les heures contractuelles. MAIS - un manque de contrôle avant notre arrivée : toilettes d’une chambre pas mises en route, l’évier de la cuisine bouché, une poubelle de salle de bain ( rdc) pas vidée, nb de linges de toilette et de torchons insuffisant, et pas de nappe , ni de sets pour les tables à l'interieur et extérieur . par contre, notre hôte a répondu rapidement à une partie de nos demandes. - rien n’est prevu pour faire la cuisine (pas de mode d’emploi des appareils, pas de mixeur, pas de batteur ou au minimum un fouet , pas d’epluche légumes , 1 seul plat pour le four, pas de plat à tarte…) - la connexion wifi très mauvaise au 1 er étage dans les chambres . - pour finir on aurait apprécié d’être averties des travaux en construction d’une maison juste à côté avec des ouvriers ayant vue sur la piscine… Tous ces détails font que cette villa ne répond pas du tout au terme de luxe comme indiqué dans l’annonce, pour avoir fait l’expérience ailleurs.

Das Haus war sauber und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. In den Schlafzimmern herrschte eine hohe Feuchtigkeit. Der Garten ist sehr schön. Leider waren alle drei Liegestühle defekt. Das Haus ist nicht ganz optimal für kleine Kinder. Das Treppengeländer ist gefährlich und im Gartenbereich gibt es eine sehr hohe Mauer, die nicht gesichert ist. Die Vermieterin wohnt direkt unten im Haus und ist sehr sympathisch. Zum Strand ist es ziemlich weit, ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Boa tarde D. Stefanie, Lamento que tenha achado a casa húmida, nunca me tinham dito isso antes. Em relação ao gradeamento do muro mais alto da casa, ele é seguro. Não percebo o seu comentário. O muro é alto devido a ligação para a Garagem, o que é normal neste tipo de casa portuguesa. as casas vizinhas tem muros iguais ou mais altos ainda como deve ter visto. As cadeiras de sol do jardim que estavam partidas foram substituídas. Até pensei que tinha sido a senhora a partir para ser sincera. A vivenda fica a 5 minutos de carro na praia tal como diz no anuncio. a pé fica a 15 minutos. não lhe escondi nada. Eu vivo em baixo é certo, mas não tive qualquer contacto consigo. O espaço está bem separado. Sai de manhã para trabalhar e entro de noite. Lamento se a incomodei de alguma forma. Não me apercebi de que a incomodava. Estranho este comentário pois costumo ter 5 /4 estrelas nas avaliações da casa e a senhora não me mostrou qualquer tipo de desagrado quando cá esteve. Estive disponível para qualquer esclarecimento, melhoramento, ou queixa que podia ter tido. Teria no mínimo ter tentado resolver a situação logo. obrigado de qualquer forma, Dora Portugal

La maison et conforme aux photos .Elle est décoré avec gout propre rien ne manque ,c'était super d'avoir un lave vaisselle à 9 La maison est bien placé commerce prés ,terrain de tennis et la plage en 2 minutes en voiture.Le quartier est calme . Dora la propriétaire est très gentil dés que l'on a besoin elle nous répond et nous donne de bon conseil sur le coin .Si l'on revient à plusieurs nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Eine tolle Zeit in Nazaré

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Nazaré verbracht. Das Haus ist super und es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Mit zwei Familien und Kindern kann man die Zeit dort gut verbringen. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und man hat viele nette Sitzmöglichkeiten, kann draußen Grillen, an der Bar sein, spielen oder schwimmen. Das Haus grenzt an einen kleinen Wald, was eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne und somit viel Ruhe und wenig anliegende Nachbarn mit sich bringt. Ansonsten liegt das Haus in einem Neubaugebiet. Supermärkte sind nicht weit und man kommt auch schnell in die Stadt oder zum Strand. Einfacher aber mit eigenem Auto. Vielen Dank Dora für die schöne Zeit

Excelente moradia. Fomos 8 adultos e 2 crianças. A vivenda está muito bem decorada e com muito bom gosto. Uma autêntica casa de família que todos gostaríamos de ter. A D. Dora é espetacular. Boa localização. Excelente o interior e ainda melhor o exterior. Para além de uma casa grande, muito acolhedora. Tal e qual como as fotografias... Recomendo...
