Casa Oliveira is situated in a stunning and private location on a hill-top and has several sun terraces offering panoramic views towards the Atlantic Ocean and across the bay of Sao Martinho do Porto
Inside, the views continue as each room has floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. The villa has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout and is comfortably stylish and a great deal of thought has been given to the guests enjoyment with the choice and quality and comfort of the furnishings.
The main entrance opens onto an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area to comfortably seat eight. Patio doors lead from the inside dining area to a glass panelled outside dining area perfect for eating outside in cooler weather. The dining area leads through to a large lounge area well furnished, also with the benefit of a TV and sound system, books and games. There is a wood burning fire if you choose a winter vacation. The doors in this room also open onto a large sun terrace facing towards the bay.
There are stairs leading down to the second lounge/games room. Here you will find a large lounge area with TV, X-box consoles, table tennis table and several other games.
Leading off of this room is the laundry room with washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron.
There is also a shower room which supports the pool, includes WC and hand basin.
There are three sets of patio doors, leading directly to the pool and the outside barbeque, another large sun terrace and the spacious gardens.
The fourth bedroom, which is also on the ground floor, has beautiful views over the pool area and toward the hills, there is a large storage/dressing area and a large en suite bathroom with separate bath, walk in shower, bidet and hand basin.

On the first floor is the master bedroom with en suite shower and separate bath, twin sinks, WC and bidet. The bathroom and the bedroom both have a large picture window to the side view of the house, overlooking the pool and patio doors to the side which open onto a large patio area (shared with the two twin rooms on this floor) with fantastic views to the bay. There is a king sized bed and ample wardrobe space.
There are two further twin bedrooms on this floor, both with patio doors opening onto the patio, both with ample wardrobe space.
All bedrooms have electric shutters and the finest quality mattresses especially chosen for their large size and extreme comfort which is enhanced by the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen.
Towels for use inside the villa are provided.
The final room on this floor is a shower room with large walk in shower, bidet, wc and hand basin.
