Tignes Val Claret - Centre of the combined Tignes and Val d'Isere ski area

The location of the Chalet Club is excellent, about 150m from the Tichot high speed chairlift. Another 100m gets you to the Funiculaire underground railway up to the Grande Motte glacier. There is a supermarket 100m away and the centre of Val Claret is less than five minutes walk from the flat.

We have one underground parking space which serves our three flats in Tignes Val Claret. If it has already been let, there is open air parking opposite, or the multi-story Parking du Golf either of which can be booked at https://en.tignes.net/holidays/car-parks.

Appartement sale ,tres sale ! Cigare écrasé ,chips et poile dans les matelas, moisisure , cendre etc ...Literie horrible pour les adultes ,nous avons etait obligé de dormir avec les enfants Mauvais code a notre arrivee

1. Ce client n'a pas mentionné l'état de l'appartement à son arrivée. S'il l'avait fait, nous aurions organisé un nouveau ménage. J'ai soulevé le problème auprès de nos agents locaux. Heureusement, ils avaient pris des photos après avoir terminé le nettoyage, ce qui montrait qu'il avait été minutieusement effectué. 2. Les matelas du salon ont été remplacés il y a deux ans et nous n'avons eu aucune autre réclamation. Je suis désolé qu'ils ne vous aient pas plu. 3. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il y a eu un problème avec le code. Il a été changé en décembre et depuis, nous avons eu plusieurs clients dans l'appartement, aucun d'entre eux n'a signalé de problème. Ce client m'a envoyé un e-mail le dernier jour de ses vacances, soulevant ces plaintes totalement fausses et me demandant de répondre avant de contacter Abritel. Je pense qu'il essayait d'obtenir un paiement en espèces de ma part sur la base de fausses informations. Les photos montrant l'appartement très propre sont disponibles sur demande.

Bel appartement, un peu petit pour 4 avec adolescents mais fonctionnel. Très bon emplacement, le seul bémol est que presque tous les commerces étaient fermés ( dernière semaine d'août)

Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes und angenehm helles Apartment unweit der Pisten. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber. Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht und kommen gerne wieder. A very well entertained, clean and bright apartment not far from the slopes. Good communication with the proprietor. We had a pleasant stay and would like to come back.

All the flats are well-equipped and well-maintained. Why they chose this property

Tignes Val Claret is the highest part of Tignes and is blessed with a very long season from late November to ealy May. It benefits from the Funiculaire high speed railway which whisks you to the Grande Motte Glacier in 9 minutes. This enables easy access to extensive glacier skiing in the summer and autumn.
