2022 REMODLED property. This beautiful three bedroom condo is located at the Anchorage II which is an oceanfront condominium property consisting of luxury individually owned units. This unit is two stories, 3 bedrooms, with two balconies providing excellent ocean views. Renovated in 2018 with new flooring throughout, fans in each room, and a open concept kitchen. 2022 remodel of new kitchen and bathroom updates. Anchorage II is located in the prestigious Ocean Forest section of Myrtle Beach, adjacent to upscale homes and in a quiet area of the beach.
Anchorage II is a three level complex with elevators and stairs for easy access to condos. There is a central fresh water pool and sunbathing area, surrounded by tropical landscaping, and with convenient parking at ground level. There is also an outdoor grilling area. In front of Anchorage, the popular Myrtle Beach seaside trail is located along North Ocean Boulevard, with walking/running/biking trail and fitness stations along the way. For children, there is a playground 200 feet from the condo at oceanfront.
This unit comes equipped with a full kitchen, flat screen tv’s in every room, cable TV, free wifi, 3 bedrooms that are made up with a King bed, Queen bed, and 2 twin beds, and 2 bathrooms.

Our complex goes to great lengths to ensure that our owners, guests and renters enjoy a family friendly environment that is safe for children and adults alike. Should you be looking for a more upbeat party vacation, we encourage you to look at other accommodations in the area. Also due to serious owner allergies, our unit is 100% animal / pet / smoke free. Anchorage II complex (outside of beach designated smoking area) is now completely smoke fee and any violation of this is a fine from HOA. This is without exception and strictly enforced.

Wonderful location

This condo is perfect for a family beach vacation. The access to the pool and beach provided hours of enjoyment, and no issues with parking. The condo is stocked with bedding and towels, and it was very convenient to cook in a well organized kitchen. It is located in a quiet area of Myrtle Beach, but centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend this place for an enjoyable beach vacation.

Annual Myrtle Beach Vacation!

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 10 years and have stayed in many places. This place far out ranks the rest. It’s very clean, spacious, great area and atmosphere and the host was great. We would recommended this place to anyone coming down with a family. It’s a guaranteed great stay!

The unit is right by the beach, spacious, clean and very comfortable. We stayed for 10 nights and had a very good time. This is our 3rd time in MB and this location was our favorite. Enjoy your stay.

Great quiet location.

We usually stay at a different condo but have outgrown it, so we needed something larger. This place was the perfect size. It was updated and clean. The neighbors were quiet. Having laundry capabilities was also a huge bonus.The only thing is that it wasn't as well stocked as we're used to. So make sure to bring your own dishwasher detergent, foil/saran wrap, extra toilet paper, etc. Overall, it was great and we would come back!

Family Vacation July 4th Week

This place was amazing! Very clean, updated, quiet, and beautiful. We already booked again next year as this place was perfect for our family. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for years and this is easily the nicest property we have seen. Highly recommend if you are looking for a nice place to stay!

Excellent property for a relaxing getaway.

Our recent stay at this property was a delightful experience. The accommodation was impressively neat and clean, with everything well-maintained and in proper order. We were in walking distance from the beach, which was so perfect.What stood out most was the property owner's responsiveness. As a first-time VRBO user, we had several questions, and the owner was quick to address each one with patience and thoroughness, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.The location near the beach provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-managed place with attentive hosts. Fantastic condo in a great location

My family and I stayed here for a week and we had a great time. The condo was very well updated and clean and it was close enough to all the major attractions but far enough away from the crowds of the main beach strip. The beach connected to the condo was also specifically for condo patrons so that made the beach less busy and more enjoyable. The host was quick to communicate with us and answer any questions we may have had. I would not hesitate to stay at this condo again and I would recommend it to anyone with kids/ looking for a great Myrtle Beach experience.

Perfection!

The condo is clean with well appointed space and tasteful decor. It was spacious for our family of 6, and convenient to attractions, including Ripken where we played ball all week. Beautiful beach views from the balconies didn't disappoint! Heather was helpful and responsive. Stay here!!

Nice family friendly getaway

This was a great property for our family. We loved that the beach was right across the street. With 4 young kids, it was easy to go back and forth from the beach to the condo. The pool was a nice size and not crowded. The onlything I would note is that I would bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. The condo had some but they are old and rusted out. They did have a few boogie boards that our kids had a blast with. Overall this was a great stay for our family and we would definitely book again!

Couldn’t have been better!!

We loved the stay at the condo. Beach and beach access was great. Parking was simple and convenient. The complex is small with few renters/residents, which was a good thing for us. It was so quiet and clean. Pool was great, water a touch cold, but overall 5’s across the board. Owner couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive. Condo was equipped with everything you’d want or need.

Relaxing

Place was nicely decorated and was near everything we wanted. Cleaning service seemed to have missed mopping the floor as when we first got there the floor was nasty and not just sand from the beach. Master bedroom TV didn't work but we were not there to watch TV so that didn't matter. Overall, I'd love to own a place like this and would stay again if available.

Highly Recommend!

Great property with a beach view. Perfect family vacation with the unit being next to the elevator to bring items up easily. Property has carts to make loading/unloading a breeze. Unit has everything you need for the week. The location can’t be better. At the beach in under 5 mins and minutes away from all the attractions. Pool is great too. Heather was super helpful. Will definitely want this same unit if we go back to Myrtle Beach.

I've stayed at the anchorage before and the location and the sire in general is terrific. The unit I stayed in this time was PERFECT! The owner was in contact with and answered all questions. Clean and cute! Had everything we needed - blow dryer, iron & board, washer & dryer. Just perfect! My husband and I were treating my mom & step mom for Mother's Day as our son was graduating - each had their own room... Just a perfect vacation. thanks to Vrbo and our host Heather.

Charges

Location is good and place is very nice and clean overall. Unfortunately, I have to give a poor review. We were charged $250 For damage we did not do to one chair. It was odd they emailed us an hour after checkout after finding a new set online. Said they needed to replace whole set and that’s why it was so expensive. It was like they had this planned this in advance and were ready to charge the next group that rented. It was very unfair. We noticed it at the beginning of the stay but it was very minor and did not effect us so we did not report to owner at beginning of stay. I would highly recommend you take pictures of all the problems in advance so you do not get charged like we did after the fact. For example the whole in the master bedroom wall, dirty towels and shower liner-take pics and send. Also, the broken lock on storage bin. I would hate for them to take $ from future people for problems that already existed pre-arrival.

Great location

Great location and great condo! It was a really nice, quiet, comfortable mid-October stay for our family of 4 and my mother in law. Was so nice to be able to walk right across a quiet street to go to the beach, and everything we wanted to do was just a short drive away. The pool was great for our kids to swim around in. My mother in law especially loved sitting down and having a cup of coffee every morning while she was looking at the beach from the balcony. No complaints from us, everything was great! Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. The property owner responded quickly to any questions I had.
