About this property

Beautiful Ocean Reef Resort 1219

Stay at our beautiful condo at this fabulous resort. Spectacular views form Living room, Dining Room, Kitchen, and Master Bedroom. Flat screen TV's in the Living Room and all of the bedrooms. The fully equipped Kitchen has beautiful cabinets, granite countertops, and new stainless appliances. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, as well as an ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-size bed.

The resort has everything you could ask for. There is an indoor pool, lazy river, and large outdoor pool. There are also multiple hot tubs and 2 FUN pool areas (one inside and one outside) - See pictures! Resort also has a fitness center. Linens are included. No additional resort fees. There is a $200.00 refundable security deposit required.

A Stay

Great facility, host was fantastic and quick to respond! We visited for my son’s baseball tournament and the room had everything we needed. My older children were able to come in from out of town as well. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family fun atmosphere with adult fun as well! We had a great time and will reach out to the hosting for future trips in the area.

This was a great place for our family to stay. Plenty of room for our family of 5. My kids loved the pool and having the beach close was so nice. We would definitely come back! Price was excellent (although we stayed in the off-season and did have a couple days of bad weather).

1219 at Ocean Reef was amazing. Very clean and beautiful. In room laundry and dish washer were appreciated! Beds were very comfortable as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! It’s our second time staying there. Love the location and the bar downstairs to order food from and the close proximity to the beach. The furniture in the living room is a bit outdated and not super comfortable. The tvs in the rooms are also a bit small and hard to watch.

Condo looks exactly like the pictures. Tons of beach toys for the kids and amenities in the kitchen. Very roomy for our group of 7 (1 baby). Beach chairs were not in the best shape, but usable. Resort was under construction--will look great once done, but wished we had known this prior to booking. Host says to text, but never responded to texts, only emails.

Great family vacation property

This is a great family vacation property. This unit comes with all the basics provided: bed linens, bathroom towels (not to be taken to the beach), kitchen items, and a supply of beach friendly items (umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys). Owner communication was excellent. Information given was accurate. Good location. There were 6 of us and we were comfortable in the unit. Adding more people might be more crowded with only 2 bathrooms, but that is just me. This is a very popular resort property with lots of guests; please bring your patience to wait for elevators. Also, the balcony overlooks the pools, where they are playing music until 11PM nightly.

Wonderful Hosts

My family stayed for 12 nights, the beginning was wonderful we had a couple concerns with some minor damage that had been caused before our stay. We notified our Hosts who live out of state and they were appreciative for the info. This was our first experience with a host instead of booking through a hotel, and maybe this is common practice but for 12 nights we had 2 trash bags 1 dishwasher tablet and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Also none of the suggested laundry product our host asked us to use. With a family of six we had to replace supplies on day 3. Also if you’re looking for a quiet hotel, this may not be the one for you. It was quite loud after midnight. But again thats not the owner’s fault! The room overlooks the outside pool and has beautiful views of the ocean! Overall we would definitely stay with these hosts again!

Perfect for families

We absolutely loved our stay here, between the pools the splash pad and the beach our kids never ran out of things to do. The host provided a wide assortment of beach toys umbrellas and chairs so we didn't have to worry about purchasing those ourselves. The condo is the perfect place to call home base and relax between activities.

We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for over 25 years and recently have used VRBO locations. This was the cleanest condo we've experienced. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. (Unfortunately the previous visitors burned a couple pans but we had plenty). The hotel itself was very clean also. The best part was not having to check in at the desk because the lines were always out the door. We walked right by them for check in and out without a hitch. Car tags, pool bands, gym cards were all in the room. Very easy!! Thank you.
