At departure, ALL linens are refreshed. Our Cleaning Team is following CDC Guidelines and using approved Cleaning Solutions. The condo provides full sized washer/dryer, Smart TV's in all bedrooms and in the living room. There is plenty of room for all and this unit is beautifully decorated. We provide wireless high-speed internet at no extra charge! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need for creating that fabulous meal. It has Granite Countertops. There is a wrap-around balcony overlooking the beach with incredible views and wonderful area to relax. This condo is beachfront with 700 feet of gulf-front property, featuring spectacular views and sounds of the gulf from the wrap-around balcony. An elevator ride down from the third floor puts you feet away from the beach, as well as the swimming pool, hot tub and splash pad. There is a second swimming pool located in this resort. Our unit puts you steps away from the beach. No street to cross to get to the beach! Grills are available for use in the pool area. There is a secure, well equipped workout room with 1 elliptical, 3 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, weight equipment. THE TENNIS COURTS ATRE CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION. THEY ARE UNAVAILABLE.
