Villa Lontananza is a beautiful villa of 300 m2 with 15,000 m2 of fenced land located in the paradise of Formentera just 5 minutes from the beach. This wonderful villa has 10 places in double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, three of them en suite, AC in all rooms of the house and direct access to the outside and gardens. Ideal for families and groups of friends who want to enjoy Formentera on their vacation with space and privacy.
Large living room with direct access to the pool and garden. Kitchen equipped for 14 people with all appliances. Outside, swimming pool with hammocks and Balinese beds, 2 large porches on both sides of the house and 3 large tables for 14 people, and an organic garden on the side of the house. A wonderful place to enjoy with friends and family, close to everything and very well located. Sunny and pleasant with easy 5 minutes access to the beaches and towns. 5 minutes to the Supermarket areas and the port of Formentera. 3 days cleaning included.
