Villa five minutes from the beach, next to Ushuai, Hard Rock but still quiet area being a completely independent property, with private pool, parking for five cars and fully fenced. 300 meters of house on two floors with six bedrooms, two double rooms and four single rooms, four bathrooms completely renovated, large living room and exterior with a beautiful and pleasant porch. Next to the pool is a barbecue, shower and a toilet.
