The apartment is located within a gated complex with restricted access for residents and guests. We understand that, as a ground-floor apartment, the level of security and privacy may not have suited your preferences. We always recommend reviewing the property details or contacting us before booking if these features are particularly important to you. We also regret that the apartment felt stuffy during your stay. Had we been made aware at the time, our customer service team would have been happy to assist wherever possible by providing additional fans or a dehumidifier.
