Amazing property on the sea shore

Chris is fantastic person and always provided us everything we needed:) Property is exactly as on photos and EVEN MUCH MUCH MUCH BETTER:) We enjoyed our stay and so relaxed sleeping at night hearing the waves of the sea. Thank you Chris and Denise we will definitely comeback once in Cyprus.

Wonderful holiday

at the beginning there were some grievances that made you feel not so welcome. But Denise, our contact person on site, is a fairy. She took care of everything immediately so that all things were put right straight away. The location and view are terrific, it is quiet (except the construction site is now continuing... (?)) The people are great. We felt super comfortable and would come again for another beach vacation and also book the apartment again.

Traumhafter Blick mit Kreuzfahrtfeeling

Wir haben Anfang April zwei Wochen Urlaub in Nordzypern verbracht. Die hübsche Ferienwohnung ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen und Ausflüge die man in der Gegend machen kann oder einfach um zu entspannen. Man benötigt allerdings unbedingt einen Mietwagen. Fußläufig und in Sichtweite befindet sich ein Restaurant, in dem wir gleich am 1. Abend sehr lecker gegessen haben. Wenige Fahrminuten entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt der quasi alles hat, was man so braucht, wenn man nicht in die umliegenden größeren Supermärkte fahren möchte. Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wenn man an dem großen Fenster steht, hat man das Gefühl an der Reling eines Schiffes zu stehen. Näher am Wasser geht es fast nicht. Die Kommunikation mit Chris hat von Anfang an super geklappt, wir wurden mit allen Informationen versorgt und bei Fragen konnten wir ihn unkompliziert kontaktieren. Am Tag nach der Anreise hat uns Denise besucht und wir wurden von ihr sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen und geduldig unsere Fragen beantwortet. Als sie erfuhr, dass wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch keinen Mietwagen hatten, hat sie sich kurzerhand darum gekümmert und innerhalb einer Stunde stand unser neuer Mietwagen vor der Tür, wofür wir ihr den ganzen Urlaub dankbar waren. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden sicher eines Tages wieder kommen!

Late summer holiday

Bright, clean airy apartment overlooking the Mediterraean - only the sound of the sea at night! Lots of hill walks, archaeological sites, medieval castles and beaches to visit all within easy reach. Many restaurants in the nearby port of Kyrenia. A pleasant greeter with lots of local tips - all in all a very successful holiday - would thoroughly recommend a visit.

Lovely apartment, stunning location.

We have just returned from our third visit to Northern Cyprus staying in this lovely apartment situated in the peaceful surroundings of Kucukerenkoy village. The apartment sits literally on the cliff side road and from the balcony the sea views are stunning making eating alfresco a simple joy. It has all the essentials and comforts you could ever require, including air conditioning and insect screens in all windows. Room size is adequate for four people, hot water is plentiful and the shower actually works well! Supermarkets are a short drive away and parking adjacent to the apartment is available. Denise the local agent is friendly and always extremely helpful and has plenty of local knowledge. If you are looking to get away from it all in a stunning unspoilt location to enjoy simple pleasures, reading, walking, swimming/snorkelling, visiting the many historic sites and the renowned Alagadi Turtle project look no further, you’ve found it!

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! Peaceful location where literally all you can hear is the sound of the sea, wonderful views, unspoilt area and good local restaurant (Seabreeze). And its not on some huge complex although the down side is that there is no swimming pool. As the location was so good I originally bought off plan from a very good local developer and very pleased with the result.

What makes this property unique

Peace and quiet and absolutely stunning views, a bit like being on an ocean liner! Also always a refreshing sea breeze.
