Wonderful house and location

Loved our stay. We were there for one month, and we had a great time. The view, the pool, and being so close to the beach was exactly what we needed. We were there for the month of July, which was hot, but it is hot everywhere. The bedrooms had AC which helped and the pool was perfect, clean and the ideal temperature.

The Views From Here Are Wonderful!!

My friends and I stayed here during a time where the pandemic is still affecting many in the world so that may or may not have affected the cons on this list. I have a feeling we were the first guests to rent since the world shut down last year so a lot of non-working items probably worked up until recently. Pros: Great looking neighborhood Close to multiple casinos/resorts Not far from the town with bars/restaurants/karoake Clean house Warm pool Great views Host responded quickly to emails Fair price Cons: Electrical problems caused breakers to keep tripping Pool lights shown in pic were not working A/C in one of the rooms wouldn't turn on No replacement toilet tissue/paper towels The exact location was hard for Google Maps to pinpoint so exact GPS coordinates in the instructions would help Thank you for a really enjoyable stay! I would definitely stay here again if the electrical issues are resolved(which they likely will be because I shared it with the property manager and maintenance already).

Toen we aangekomen waren konden we gelijk naar binnen in de villa huis. Je kon dichtbijzijnde plek boodschappen doen voor je huis of zelf ook buiten eten. Huis was schoon maar het was nog niet klaar voor gebruik. We konden pas 2 uur later water en elektronik gebruiken. De stopcontact was 3 engelse stopcontact. De zwembed was perfect. Boven kamer kwam er nauwelijks water uit de douchekop. Gordijnen waren kort bij sommige plekken en de lammele onderbreken er paar dat misschien iemand in huis kan kijken. Voor toerisme plek was bij girne mooie plekken om activeiten te gaan doen. We weten niet welke deur kapot was maar je kon niet opslot doen. Maar de rest was wel redelijk goed. De eigenaar kan wat sneller reageren voor spoed vragen. Meeste plekken praten ze turks en engels. We geven de verblijf plek 8,3 cijfer. Voor mensen die gaan verblijven veel plezier en een fijne vakantie….

Fantastic Holiday. One of the best.

This villa was peaceful, tranquil and the most amazing views. the kitchen was well equipped. The pool was very well maintained. You need a car. Recommended restaurants Manipeni in Girne take a 1st right on biggest roundabout about 25 mins away. Buffalanto go towards Girne and take a left at junction up to the mountains they give you blankets if its chilly and Stone castle take a left out of estate about 6 mins drive. Would recommend SAR supermarket going towards Girne fresh cakes and fresh ready made salads to pick your own choices. I would definitely go back some day and possibly stay a lot longer. The food is far more traditional Turkish dishes. It is so cheap. Crossing the borders was really easy. I could go on for ever as to how enjoyable and relaxing this holiday was. I was a single mother with 3 grown up children so the excellent wifi was also a great asset.

Fabulous property, perfect peaceful location

Overall this property is fabulous, the pool is wonderful and panoramic sea views are exquisite. The property is looking a bit tired in places and there were a few things that the management company didn't manage to fix in the 2 weeks we stayed at the villa - broken door handle, leaking kitchen sink, and no hot water in the kitchen however these didn't really effect our stay in the villa. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcoming however no aircon in the living area makes it a bit uncomfortable in extreme heat. We would however absolutely recommend this property and hope to stay here again in the future. The owner is lovely to deal with and very quick to respond to all the questions we had. We would definitely recommend hiring a car to get around so that all the lovely local restaurants can be visited. Don't want to leave this lovely island.......

Great villa, great views, but worn and not very clean.

The villa has a quiet location with super views to the ocean and a perfect pool. It is worn and was not perfectly clean wheb we arrived. The pool needed cleaning beford we could use it, but the owner reacted fast when we told her and Got it fixed next day.

Pinecliff Villa quiet location with great views of the Sea, Mountains with easy walk to good beach

Villa light and airy excellent large pool and peaceful location with good local restaurants and stores. We were able to explore the sights of Northern Cyprus Girne, Famagusta, Bellapais, Nicosia, Salamis and Karpasia Peninsular with good roads and empty beaches. Minor issues were attended to Villas Resco agent. We would go again. John B

Mooie woning met alles erop en eraan

Wij verbleven een week in deze mooie woning. Deze is uitgerust met goede airco en een porper zwembad. Gelegen in een rustige omgeving. Voor winkels moet je enkele kilometers rijden. Een auto is dus noodzakelijk. Nabijgelegen Girne is tofste stadje in Cyprus. Schilpaddenreservaat enkele kilometers van huis is ook een aanrader voor te zien.

Dream holiday

We had an amazing holiday this summer at villa PineCliff with fantastic views over the bay and quiet neighborhood, close just 5 mins walk to beach. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned but not for the living room but we did not bother because we spent all our times on the terrace and pool. Pool was cleaned and serviced during our stay. Although villa was not advertised as wheelchair friendly it was fully accessible for us on the lower ground so it suited our need for our daughter in manual wheelchair. Nicely decorated and kitchen and all interior / exterior space fully functional and well maintained. The managers were very prompt to solve small issues and they were very friendly and available at all times.weather too perfect,. A car is recommended . All in all it was a fantastic holiday which we honestly recommend.

Villa Pinecliff - perfect holiday accomodation

If you are looking for a very relaxing holiday, modern spacious accommodation, fabulous pool, wonderful views of the sea, a mountain backdrop and provides the opportunity for outdoor living, Villa Pinecliff is perfect. The villa is well equipped with the essential items to make your stay very comfortable and its location enables you to discover the northern coastline with ease. I would recommend a visit to Bellapais Monastery near Girne and the Korineum Golf and Country Club, a 5 minute drive from the villa provides excellent golf facilities.

Bedrohtes Paradies

Die sehr gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattete Villa liegt in einer noch harmonischen Feriensiedlung mit unverbaubarer Sicht auf Meer und Berge oberhalb ener bewaldeten Schlucht. Da wir fast die einzigen Bewohner der Siedlung waren, genossen wir absolute Ruhe. Ein Highlight ist der große gut gepflegte Pool. Leider hatten die Frühjahrsstürme die Mückenschutzgitter zerstört, so dass wir besonders nachts durch Mücken geärgert wurden. Alles weitere - besonders auch die Betten - waren einwandfrei. Leider erliegt auch Zypern der Gewinnsucht und droht durch immer neue uniforme und meist leerstehende Ferienhaussiedlungen seinen Charme zuverlieren, den man im äußersten Norden noch erleben kann. Sehenswerte Zeugen der Geschichte sind das gut erhaltene Kloster Bella Pais, die schroffe Burg Hilarion, der Hafen und die Burg von Girne und die Ruinenstätte Salamis. Die Strände um Esentepe sind leider ziemlich ungepflegt und besonders der Alagadistrand durch das Kraftwerk bei Nordwestwind geruchsbelästigt. Der zu Fuß erreichbare Kiesstrand, liebevoll mit Liegen und Sonnenschutz ausgestattet, eignet sich für einen kurzen Badeaufenthalt. Die umliegenden Restaurants bieten preiswerte Gerichte und sogar reichlich frischen Fisch. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das einfache Esentepe-Restaurant mit herrlichem Blick auf Meer und Sonnenuntergang und das etwas entferntere Restaurant Hurma. Trotz aller Einschränkungen war es ein schöner und interessanter Urlaub

Zwischen Be?parmak und dem Mittelmeer

Ferienvilla und Pool waren genau das, was man zum Relaxen braucht. Die Ausstattung gehobenes Niveau, das Ambiente wie man es sich wünschte, Lage und Blick beeindruckend. Dem rundherum gelungenen Urlaub konnten kleine Einschränkungen des Vorort-Service keinen Abbruch tun. Vielleicht könnte das Bild im Internet aktualisiert werden, denn es gibt inzwischen noch eine Reihe Villas vor dem Haus, die aber den Blick zum Meer nicht wesentlich verstellen. Mit der sehr guten Ausrüstung an Literatur und Karten waren die touristischen Ziele gut zu planen und zu finden. Schade nur, dass manche Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehr dem Verfall preisgegeben werden. Aber schließlich geht doch nichts über einen Sonnenuntergang im kleinen, einfachen Esentepe-Resaurant kurz nach dem Ortseingang am Hang oder über ein Glas Wein im Hafen von Girne. Die Vermieterin half per E-Mail vor und während des Urlaubes mit Tipps und reagierte auf Anfragen prompt. Im kalten Deutschland wandern die Gedanken noch oft zurück... Gunda und Andreas

- sehr gute Betreuung durch Vermieter, prompte Antworten beí Fragen - sehr schönes Haus und sehr schön gestaltetes Grundstück - sehr gute Ausstattung und viel Platz - wunderbarer Blick - gute Lage für Ausflüge (Girne, Wanderungen) - einziger Minuspunkt: der hässliche Privatstrand (Zugang ins Wasser über einen verrosteten Steg) - Lohnend: Fahrt zum Golden Beach (ein Traum von Strand) Fazit: Absolut zu empfehlen!

Erholsamer Urlaub garantiert

Wir (eine Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben uns alle in der Villa Pinecliff sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage zum Strand und der Blick auf das Meer sind wirklich einzigartig. Es ist ausgesprochen ruhig und selbst am Strand waren selten mehr als 15 Personen anzutreffen, so dass man auch den Strand und das Meer in Ruhe genießen konnte. Am Strand sind sogar kostenlos Liegen und Sonnenschirme aus Palmen in ausreichender Menge für alle Badegäste installiert. Die Villa ist bestens und sehr liebevoll ausgestattet und erfreulicherweise alles in qualitativ ausgesprochen hochwertiger Art und Weise. So waren auch die Nächte auf den phantastischen Betten sehr erholsam. Alle Fenster waren mit Mückenschutzgittern versehen, obwohl wir den ganzen Aufenthalt keine einzige Mücke gesehen haben auch nicht abends auf der Terrasse. Auch wenn es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr heiß war (in der Sonne fast immer 35°C und mehr) so gibt es auf dem Grundstück genügend schattige Plätze an denen man es durch den Wind sehr gut aushalten kann. Wem es dann immer noch zu heiß wird, kann sich in dem wirklich genial großen Swimming pool trotzdem abkühlen. Diesen haben wir wirklich sehr gerne genutzt, da er durch seine Größe nicht nur zum Abkühlen sondern auch richtig zum Schwimmen einlud. Insgesamt können wir die Villa Pinecliff bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen vor allem für Urlauber, die sich nach Ruhe sehnen und dennoch ein Interesse an kulturellen Exkursionen besitzen. Ein Auto ist unserer Meinung allerdings zwingend notwendig. Der nächste Einkaufsladen ist zwar nur luftlinie 600 Meter entfernt, der Weg aber nicht sehr angenehm zu Fuß zurückzulegen. Auch die zahlreichen kulturellen Gegebenheiten Girne (wirklich traumhaft schön und nur 15 Autominuten entfernt), Salamis, Famagusta, Nikosia oder die landschaftlich sehr reizvolle Halbinsel Karpaz sind ohne Auto kaum zu besuchen.

Entspannung pur

Wer einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub - einmal anders - weit weg von großen aneinander gereihten Hotelanalgen erleben möchte, der ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa Pine Cliff liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung in erster Reihe zum Strand und bietet in moderner, gepflegter Ausstattung mit großzügig angelegtem Pool und Grundstück ausreichend Möglichkeiten zur Privatsphäre. Die Räume sind mit sehr viel Liebe ausgestattet, was einem das Gefühl gibt, sich hier wie zuhause zu fühlen. Wir waren sehr angetan vom technischen Equipement: Bosch-Küchengeräte, Fernsehen, Hifi-Anlage und DVD Player. Einkaufmöglichkeiten in der nahe gelegenen Turtle Bay Anlage sind gegeben. Wer Golfen mag, hat es nicht weit in den eleganten Country Golf Club. Der private Strand nach einem kurzen Fußweg erreicht. Liegen und Sonnenschirme stehen kostenlos auf einer Terrasse bereit, das Meer ist zusätzlich über einen Badesteg erreichbar. Bereits die intensive Kommunikation im Vorfeld unserer Reise war sehr informativ und ließ keine unserer Fragen offen. Die Anfahrtsskizzen vom und zum Flughafen waren sehr detailliert - die Tipps in Sachen Autovermietung sehr hilfreich. Nicht nur, dass wir unseren Freunden und Bekannten dieses Haus bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen können, werden wir wohl zu "Wiederholungstätern" und freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch.

Pinienwald und Meerblick

Die Angaben im Inserat bezüglich Lage und Austattung entsprechen vollkommen der Realität. Das Haus liegt in erster Reihe mit Meerblick in einer Ferienhaussiedlung und hat hier den schönsten Platz. Die individuelle Ausstattung ist modern, großzügig, sehr gepflegt und bietet ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Gepflegte Poolanlage mit Betreuung vor Ort, große schattige Terasse. Der Zugang zum Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss möglch, ruhiger Badeplatz mit Badesteg, sauberes Wasser.Wir fühlten uns durch den sehr engen e-mail Kontakt mit den Vermietern in angenehmer Art sehr gut betreut (detaillierter Anfahrtsplan, Tipps zum Grenzübertritt und bzgl. Autovermietung). Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch die Ansprechpartner der turtle bay office war zeitnah und jederzeit gegeben. Wir würden das Haus bedenkenlos Freunden weiterempfehlen, die einen Urlaub fernab des üblichen Tourismus suchen. Das gebirgige bewaldete Hinterland bietet zusätzliche Wandermöglichkeiten, Die schöne ursprüngliche Küste Nordzyperns wird (leider) zunehmend durch Ferienappartments verbaut.

Klasse Haus mit super Pool

Wir wurden durch den Vermieter gut betreut (Anfahrtsskizze). Das Haus ist wie beschreiben sehr hell und modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet, was unseren Vorstellungen entsprach. Der hauseigene Pool begeistert durch seine Größe und dem Blick zum Meer. Die Ruhe war etwas getrübt durch aktuelle Baumaßnahmen in der Nähe. Der exklusive Gasgrill begeisterte uns und wurde viel genutzt. Das zahlreich vorliegende Informationsmaterial (Reiseführer, Karten) lädt zu verschiedenen Ausflügen ein. Die vorgeschlagenen Lokale aus der Haus Info-Mappe können wir weiter empfehlen. Dieses Haus haben wir unseren Freunden als Urlaubsdomizil sehr gerne weitergegeben. Auch wir kommen gerne wieder. Man merkt dass, das Haus von den Vermietern sehr gepflegt wird und ihnen das Wohl der Gäste am Herzen liegt.

Ein idyllischer Ferien(t)raum

Kurz und buendig: 1. Gut mit dem Auto erreichbare Top-lage fuer alle die gerne einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten. 2. Super Ausstattung aber Finger weg vom Espressokocher. 3. Der allgemeine Zustand war sauber und gepflegt bis auf zahllose kleine Fliegen/Motten im Bad unten. 4. Vorbereitung durch die Vermieter war prima. 5. Betreuung vor Ort war gut mit Dank an das Supermarktpersonal in Turtle-Bay fuer Schluesseluebergaben. 6. Location empfehlen wir ohne zu zoegern weiter. 7. Der hauseigene Gasgrill ist sehr empfehlenswert ebenso wie ein Abend-Trip nach Girne. 8. Schicke Villa mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Berge und Meer. 9. Viele romantische Burgruinen in der Umgebung.
