This three-bedroom villa, just about a 2-minute walk from one of Cyprus’s best sandy beaches, offers a comfortable and easy stay. On the ground floor you’ll find a spacious hall, kitchen, guest toilet, and a patio with a dining set. Upstairs are the three bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, plus a small balcony where you can sit and enjoy the view of the Cypriot nature. Outside you’ll also find a private pool, garden, BBQ area, terrace with outdoor furniture, and parking. The villa includes Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, oven), and comes with towels and toiletries.

Coral Bay never disappoints

Fantastic location, amazing pool, and didn't we need it! Villa clean, but basic. Both showers are in need of replacing, shower heads broken and spraying water everywhere. We have spoken to Georgii.

Was put in another villa further than we booked Used taxis due to this. As we booked for a wedding this stressed the bride out as it should not have happened. Our group are not familiar with Cyprus so we accepted a villa on their recommendation only Did not help that we were offered up in the mountains

Dear Karen, it is very disappointing to witness such a poor review. Unfortunately overbooking do happen due to a large amount of tourists visiting and us operating on multiple booking platforms. Understandably people will be stressing, but believe me, we were stressing as much as you and the bride. Despite all the implications, we managed to organise a great villa, even better and much more expensive than the one you have booked initially. We also offered free dinner just incase. It is absolutely shameful that your review does not mention the fact we provided a new and better villa, managed to sort everything within few hours of your flight time. We would of happily arranged a villa transport if you requested so. I have personally spoken to the bride ensuring that you have a great villa within 3 minutes from your initial booking. Unfortunately this review is an absolute lie and does not reflect on the whole picture. Villa Fantasy (a villa which you have stayed on) is our new property and those who are reading this review can themselves compare both villas to see the difference. Not to mention that in many overbooking cases other hosts do not provide alternatives at all. Nevertheless, we hope you have had a great stay and the wedding had been delightful!

Villa Fortune

Excellent location, excellent management company in Saint Cyprus-Georgii, Anastasia and Mathew. Any problems promptly dealt with within their management remit. To make this villa ‘as described’ the gas hob/oven needs to be replaced (oven will not stay lit and burners fail to electronically ignite, when manually lit the gas flow to hob is stuttering-cooking in this home from home is challenging). The ensuite shower is not fit for purpose, it is neither a shower cubicle (there is a shower curtain over a shower base) nor a wet room, the floor gets flooded unless you hold the shower head and keep flow low, it is not a problem with the shower head, the curtain is inadequate and the base is very slow to drain even during a short shower. The outside area is great, the pool and garden is lovely and well and regularly maintained by the pleasant Saint Cyprus gentlemen. Care needs to be taken in description of pool furniture, and estimated electricity costs for reasonable use including A/C (paid in cash from final meter reading pre-departure) need to more accurately reflect the true added expense. €10/day can be achieved with careful use of A/C otherwise it could potentially be exorbitant at the end of stay.The cleaning fee paid upfront is for post departure cleaning/bedlinen/towel refresh-no ancillary service unless requested at extra cost. With the above relatively simple but major issues resolved-a great villa in a great spot, and Saint Cyprus staff are excellent.
