Spacious One Bedroom Private Flat in Brixton +Wifi
A one bedroom flat in a popular residential location near to Brixton Underground and Loughborough Thameslink Train station. Situated between Brixton, Dulwich & Peckham, with transport links to central London within 5 minutes walking distance. Close to several parks, pubs and restaurants (including a Japanese restaurant directly opposite) you wont be short of things to do and places to visit.
The space
The property is in an converted house and situated on the upper floor. It has a main communal door, shared only with the downstairs residents. It boast a large spacious front room with views out to a quiet road and from which you can see a Japanese restaurant and convenience store. the front room includes a corner sofa, smart TV and Table plus free Wifi, perfect for working or relaxing . The bedroom has a lot of storage including a freestanding wardrobe with additional hanging rails either side. there is also a chest of drawers to keep fold away items. The Kitchen includes a fridge, washing machine, cooker as well as a kettle and toaster and cutlery. The bathroom and and toilet are located at the rear of the house. The bath has a shower facility.

The whole property is available to be used privately solely by the guest
Other things to note
We currently charge a lock out fee of £100. To cover the cost of replacement keys and barrels. And also the associated cost with coming down to help you gain access back into the premises. Please keep your keys safe to avoid this from happening. We will be upgrading to a lockout box or smart lock in the near future
