The bedrooms are bright and airy - with a double sized bed, fitted with high quality linen for an extra touch of luxury to guarantee a good night's rest. We also provide plush towels and hotel sized toiletries.

Our property is professionally cleaned before your arrival and is fitted with hotel quality linens and towels to provide the most comfortable experience possible.

Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys please be careful with them
* A standard fee of £250 will be charged in case of breaking the house rules, plus any costs to repair damages you might cause.
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys we require guest verification, which is provided by Superhog. Upon confirming your booking, Superhog will reach out to the lead booker through a secure link, providing detailed instructions for verification.

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
