This house was so beautiful and peaceful. Plenty of space both indoors and outdoors.A short 20 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. Grocery store only 2 blocks away! Very safe and secure, a true treasure!

As a family, we had a great time in this house. It's spacious, has a lovely garden and near to amenities like a bakery and a super market. Altough the kitchen is small, it is very ell equiped. All the rooms have airconditioning, which was a great advantage during our stay, as temperatures were quite high. Contact with the host was efficient and good.The only issue we experienced was some difficulty regulating the water temperature in the showers. But we would absolutely recommend this house!

We found the house to be very walkable to town, the train station, groceries and the lake. The home was very comfortable and quiet. Lots of birds and beautiful grounds around the home. The home was very clean and we were able to make full use of the kitchen for preparing breakfast and meals. It was well stocked with dishes and cookware. Communication with the hostess was quite good, though we found the checkout communication to be a bit unclear. The assistant checked us out but didn’t communicate what she expected. She simply waited for us to leave. Overall, very pleasant day and interesting town. Plenty of shops and gelato and espresso available. We even took rented bikes around the lake.

Everyone loved it

The house was more than we had dreamed of. We had everything we needed and we loved the garden to relax in and a perfect place for an outdoor meal and room for kids to play. Thank you to our host for being so responsive answering our questions. Perfect!

Our stay in Passignano sul Trassimeno

The stay at Rossellas home was wonderful. The house is equipped with everything you need. The garden is very nice with old pine trees and olive trees and has a nice table in the shadow outside. Rossella herself is very friendly, helpful and supportive. Our dog liked the garden very much as well. The surrounding of Passignano, the lake and Passignano itself really worth to visit. Umbria was a wonderful experience and we can only recommend a stay at Rossellas home! Valeria, Valentina, Stephan & Philipp

We had a wonderful time in Passignano! The house was even better than the pictures, and we loved everything about it. The kitchen was very well equipped. although we didn’t cook as there were so many excellent restaurants by the lake. Our stay was fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return.Rossella, the host, was incredibly responsive and helpful with everything we needed or any questions we had. The train station was 10 minutes walk from the house and we took the opportunity to go to Perugia another beautiful city.I honestly cannot fault the property. Passignano itself is such a beautiful and picturesque town I cannot wait to go back!

Soggiorno molto piacevole

In una struttura tipica umbra, molto ben tenuta, abbiamo passato un piacevolissimo fine d’anno. La casa è fornita di tutto l’occorrente, molto pulita e funzionale. Mi sento di raccomandare vivamente il casale per una gradevole vacanza.
