Set within the beautiful grounds and gardens of Mayen Estate, Bailies Cottage is open plan, spacious and warm, with a garden designed to enjoy the sun, with a wood-burning hot tub. The traditional property is beautifully furnished and is well-appointed, providing a relaxed environment for six guests, with a spacious master bathroom and accessible en-suite bathroom. There is a wealth of activities to do both on Mayen Estate, and in the local area.

Perfect for a family holiday, or to retreat from the hustle and bustle of the everyday. Set within the beautiful grounds and gardens of Mayen Estate, Bailies Cottage is open plan, spacious and warm, with a garden designed to enjoy the sun, with a wood-burning hot tub. Bailies was recently completely renovated with the addition of an accessible downstairs bathroom and new furnishings and fittings thoughout the entire cottage, and includes WiFi, providing a relaxed environment for six guests.

An open plan kitchen/dining/living room offers the ideal place to spend time as a family and make the most magical memories. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all of the tools you need plus an electirc range cooker, fridge/freezer/ dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, while the inviting lounge centres around the woodburning stove alongside the TV.

Both bathrooms are spacious and finished to a very high standard and feature a roll top bath, walk in shower and fluffy luxury towels.

The private enclosed garden features panoramic views across the Deveron Valley where you can relax in the Wood-Fired Hot Tub, comfortable garden furniture and a gas fired barbeque.

There is a wealth of activities to do both on Mayen Estate, and in the local area. There are four other cottages on Mayen Estate: The Pheasantry, The Guardhouse, Butlers Cottage and MidPark A-Frame Cabin, with each tailored to welcome couple, families or friends.
