A 3 bedroom villa with a private pool and 2 minute walk from the beach

Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We genuinely appreciate all guest reviews, as they provide us with valuable opportunities to continually enhance our villa amenities and overall guest experience. However, we are surprised by your comments regarding the outdoor area. Our team of dedicated gardeners maintains all of our 10 villas in the complex, with each villa being attended to twice a week. Given this regular maintenance schedule, it is highly unlikely that the outside area could have been as overgrown as described. The photos of the villa, including those showing the parking area, demonstrate a well-kept environment, making it difficult to understand how the driveway could have been unusable, or the grass so long that it hindered play. We find it strange to mention 'bird mess/poop' as an issue. As visible on the photos, the trees are situated at a fair distance from each other and the pool. Even if there were any debris from 'overgrown trees,' there is ample space for umbrellas and loungers to be placed elsewhere and not under the trees. We apologies we could not deal with the works of “Mother Nature” when it comes to birds poo. It is funny and sad at the same time such reason could be a cause for a 3 star review. It is also worth noting that during your two-week stay, we did not receive any complaints about the garden, and the guests currently staying at the villa have expressed no such concerns. Lastly, it as sad how the location of the villa, the greenery of the garden and the excellency of our service had either no space, or a brief mention in your review.
