This reverse-level barn conversion has two bedrooms, a double and a ground-floor double, along with a ground-floor bathroom, a first floor wet room, a first-floor kitchen/diner, a utility and a first-floor sitting room with Juliet balcony. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, condenser dryer, and dishwasher and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and a courtyard with furniture BBQ. One well-behaved pet is welcome
, however no smoking. You can find a shop and pub within 1.8 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond so children must be supervised at all times. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead and supervised at all times due to a pond, and they must also be dog and cat-friendly, as the owners have their own cats and dogs. Make memories at Green Grove Barn. Note: The lane is currently undergoing some improvement work and is due to be tarmacked soon - please bare with us during this time and drive with care.
