Normaly they are cleaned once a week, depending on the community. We are also sorry about the lift... we will see if we can have a word with the administrators. Hello Colette! Thank you for your great assessment. It is just how you say. Sorry about the pick up and drop of keys. If you leave really early, you could of left the keys on the table inside the apartment. (We have more control with the keys this way, we have many apartments) Hope to see you soon.
