Simply but nicely furnished, almost brand new, this flat can accommodate 4/5 people in full comfort.
Third floor with lift, it is light, bright and really quiet.
Its strong point is the roof terrace, we Venetian call it "altana" , which allows breathtaking views over the south lagoon and the rooftops of Venice, up to the church of San Marco and Redentore.
The flat is fully air-conditioned.
The flat is on two levels, on the first level is the living area with the fully equipped kitchen, the living room and dining table, the master bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with bath/shower and washing machine.
On the second level which is actually an open space there is the second double bed, a single sofa bed and the access to the terrace.
