Overall a great place to stay in Venice. Neighborhood was quieter as it was away from busy areas, yet big landmarks were less than a 15 minute walk. We enjoyed having a quiet place away from the crowds. Note that the place has ZERO silver/flatware. There are pots and pans, but no silverware so you'll need to bring your own if you want to do any cooking or eating. Place was clean, comfortable and safe. Would book again when in Venice.

The apartment was accurate to picture. Keep in mind there is no elevator and it is on top floor with narrow staircase. Although, the place is in a quite neighborhood and easily accessible by walking or water bus. Restaurants and sites are walking distance, train station is also walking distance. Easy communication and responsive.

Our 2 days in Venice

Great apartment, plenty of room for family of 4, great walkable location from train station as well as St Marks Basilica. Found an amazing Sicilian restaurant Bacaretto Bistrott II Sicliano very close! Great stay, easy to find good communication with the host!

Great!

We loved staying here! The only thing to note is that it’s about a 10 minute walk from the train and 15 from where you can pick up taxis to/from the airport. It’s a very nice place with an especially large shower compared to the other places in Italy that we’ve stayed. We loved it!

Awesome place!

The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect because it was close enough to things, but was still peaceful and not too touristy. My favorite part was the balcony view!

The apartment was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location (less touristy, but still close to everything). The outdoor space overlooking the Venetian roofs and the bell tower was amazing, and having air conditioning was a wonderful perk. The apartment was clean and lovely. Highly recommend.

Amazing location!

An absolutely amazing location which is close to everything. Chiara made check in so easy which we appreciated. Plenty of room for the four of us. It is up a couple flights of stairs if that’s an issue but it wasn’t at all for us.

Newly remodeled apartment so it was very pleasant to stay. The only opportunity is to change the shower temperature lever because we had to continuously move it back and forth because the temperatures were too extreme. It would be too hot or too cold.

We loved being in a slower, quieter part of Venice during the busy month of August. Cute neighborhood with plenty of restaurant options, a grocery store, and convenient location close to public transportation. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great!The only things I could complain about would be the water temperature in the shower was either very cold or very hot. It was impossible to get it to a normal temperature for more than 30seconds. This and the dishwasher filter was gross. We did our first load of dishes in the dishwasher and they came out dirtier than they went in. I took the filter out and it was full of noodle scraps and completely brown. I washed it with hot water and a brush which cleaned it back to normal so we could wash our dishes and the next guest would not have the same experience. The sauté pan had the nonstick material peeling off so they could stand to update the pan.I still give a 4 star review though because of the location, the comfortability of the beds, and the A/C worked great!

Int the heart of Venice. Excellent apartment, 15 minute walk from the station or the San Marco parking station. Many sights nearby. 2 minutes to excellent restaurants and bar and supermarket. The host was very helpful and i would recommend this property.

Amazing flat in great location

The flat is modern and clean and of high standards. The balcony is a real plus. The check-in could have gone better but would recommend this flat to friends and family.

Perfect Spot

We had no idea what to expect, staying in Venice, and everything about this apartment was perfect! It is updated, clean, and trendy. We could easily walk to any part of Venice with no problems. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Modern apartment in Sante Croce!

Lovely bright, clean apartment with ease to get to many locales within Venice. Lots of steps to get up to it. Nice rooftop views from balcony. Obviously this unit has been renovated as everything is modern. Restaurants, grocery store, bakery and enoteca within 5 minutes. Had a great time, would stay here again.

Thank goodness for Veronica! She guided us to the apartment. The address did not match the street markers which we later learned is not uncommon in Venice. Fun stay. Good location.

Loves the patio and clean room, comfortable beds. However, they had 3pm check in but room was not ready and we had to drop our bags and then leave again after 10 hours of traveling. Also, the hot water heater was scalding hot for 2 minutes, to the point of burning, then cold. This made for difficult showering and washing of long hair. They also charge a larger cleaning fee than other places. The people were responsive but not terribly helpful past check in. There were 4 of us for 2 days and only 3 coffee pods but we were told there was plenty of coffee. We were fine on our own. The concierge was not needed for us as we planned our own vacay. We loved the patio in the morning and at night.

Great, Short Stay!

The place was very clean when we arrived and we loved our short (24 hour) stay here. There were a LOT of stairs getting up to the place so be prepared to carry your luggage. It is a short distance from the market and about a 12 minute walk from St. Mark's Square. The host was accommodating and let us store our luggage early before check in. Thank you!
