The apartment is strategically located in a quiet and peaceful area but a few minutes away you can find the most representative places of the city: the magnificent construction Alcazaba of Malaga, the Picasso museum in Malaga, the Cathedral, glass museum, the Roman theater or if you prefer views of the city you will find the Gibralfaro Castle with beautiful views of the city also have within walking distance a variety of typical restaurants, museums, supermarkets and entertainment areas that you will love.
The apartment is located north of the old town. Ideal for visiting the museums and attractions of the city. The nearest beach, Playa de la Malagueta is about a thirty minute walk or 15 minutes by car.
The main places of interest are just a few minutes walk away, however, if you like to explore every corner and learn more about the city, Málaga has an extensive bus network and around the apartment, you will find a variety of stations.
The apartment has no parking but just 7 minute's walk you will find Las Delicias Parking.
For stays of 28 days or longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged via resolution center once the bills are available. The Internet is complimentary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 180 EUR
