Olive is a lovely property situated right in the heart of the countryside. A great place to relax and a lovely big enclosed garden for our dog to roam free. We had such a lovely stay, it has everything you need and more. Interior is so nice and cosy with a modern a twist. Very close to some lovely local pubs, restaurants and farm shops. Penelope was amazing and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommended if you’re in the Cheshire area. Would love to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Olive, it has a lovely big secure garden which was great for our dog. The actual cottage is lovely, a perfect sized space with everything you need to just relax and enjoy time there. The shower is phenomenal! The area has lots of good walks, ideal if you have a dog, we were out for 3 hours on some days. We would definitely stay again.

A comfortable, clean, well-presented barn-conversion.

A comfortable, clean, well-presented barn-conversion. Set out and equipped well. Good location for local amenities and for exploring The Wirral and North Wales. The "welcome pack" was excellent and much appreciated!

Though we enjoyed our holiday at Olive it was a struggle for my wife who is disabled as the bed was particularly low and the stairs are steep. We would also recommend the owner completes the path from the house to the drive as walking over the grass after rain particularly in the dark was unpleasant. It would also be preferable to add a parking space alongside garden gate.

Quirky and comfortable property

First impressions good but the unnecessarily steep stairs were a cause of concern throughout our stay. The property is very well equipped but we were surprised to find there is no washing machine. We suggest that this is specifically mentioned in the listing.
