2-bedroom chalet located in the centre of the Cala Blanca urbanisation situated in a cul-de-sac just a few metres from bars and restaurants, ideal for accommodating 4 people. It consists of 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, one with a double bed and the other with 2 beds, and both share a bathroom with shower.

The villa consists of a lounge with TV with digital channels, dining room with kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils.

Outside we find a private swimming pool with covered terrace with table and chairs. Built-in barbecue and solarium with sun loungers.

For groups made up of guests between 18 and 26 years old, a refundable deposit of €150 per person is required.

During local holiday periods, the Pentecost Festival and for stays between 15 and 30 June, the refundable deposit will be €300 per person.

The deposit must be paid by credit or debit card before arrival.

The amount will be refunded after check-out, once the property inspection has been carried out, provided that no damage has occurred and the house rules have been respected.



Tourist tax:

In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

If this tax is not included in the reservation price, it must be paid before arrival by card.
