The house is furnished and perfectly equipped. The construction is from October 2003 and has been updated in January 2019. The house has wi fi, dishwasher and does not have air conditioning.

The house is located in a quiet residential area, Cap D'artrutx, there are only houses around it, and in the marina of Calan Bosch you will find all kinds of services, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical center, car and boat rentals , etc...
