Awesome Waterfront Condominium

Also see listing 654533 which is the first floor in the same 3 unit condo building.
Both properties are cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant between guests.
We furnish hand sanitizer, disinfectant soap, clorox wipes, and face masks for our guests.

Please note: 1. At this time face masks are required in public and to enter some retail
establishments. 2.Mission Beach is a residentail neighborhood, and many people are
now working from home. Please be respectful. 3. More than 10 people are prohibited as are loud parties and loud noises past 10 pm.

We hope you will visit our beautiful waterfront condo on Mission Bay. This is a great second floor property in a 3 unit building. It is large, light, and has a fantastic floor plan. It is approximately 1450 square feet with very open space. It features two bedrooms, two baths,
(totally separated), fireplace, washer/dryer, spa tub in master bath, and is beautifully furnished with everything you need for a fabulous vacation. There are flat screen TV's in the living area and the master bedroom. The master has a California King bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and we will furnish a queen air bed or two twin air beds on request. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your needs. There is WiFi. The front patio is accessible from the living room and master bedroom and has table, chairs, umbrella, chaise lounge and gas barbq. Views are incredible!
Bay views are from the living/dining room, kitchen, and master bedroom. There is also a large patio off the second bedroom.
On the beach is our "Toy Box" with many beach games, horse shoes, ladder golf, bean bag toss, Kubb, baci ball, smash ball and more. We have beach chairs, canope, and a fire pit which we will gladly provide for one special evening. We have our own volleyball court on a beautiful sandy beach. For those who like the ocean it is just a short walk across the street and down a court walkway.
We are walking distance to shopping and numerous restaurants. We have off street parking for your convenience. (73 inch height limit in garage) One space.
We are directly next door to the beautiful Catamaran Hotel and our guests are able
to use the hotel pool (subject to Covid restrictions) and enjoy fantastic outdoor dining. We provide fluffy towels, soft sheets, comfy pillows, hair dryer, hand soaps, laundry and dish soaps, iron and ironing board.
Many of our guests have been staying with us over ten years and we hope you will become a part of our very happy vacationers on the Bay.

Outstanding property - great location on bayside with view of bay from large deck and was an easy 5 minute walk to the ocean boardwalk. We loved being able to walk to the hotel next door for coffee every morning!Friendly host who was very accommodating. Allowed us early access to condo and extended stay on last day as we had an early evening flight. We hope to be back and would readily recommend!

Bob and Miriam were wonderful hosts! The location was perfect with access to the water and to the Catamaran Resort next door. Having access to the pool at the Catamaran was perfect for our family. The condo layout was nice and the in-unit laundry allowed us to pack light as we knew we could do laundry halfway through our trip. The location, even though next to the walking path, was very quiet and the views lovely. Thank you!

Amazing location, kind hosts

This is such a gem of a Vrbo spot! Right next door to a resort, so major perks with that. And such a quiet beach right out the front doors with a fun boardwalk for a stroll. And the ocean just a short walking distance away! Bob was an amazing host… making sure we had what we needed, getting us kid-friendly items to use, and even taking us to the resort to view the pool and arcade. Definitely recommend this for a family!

Easter hols getaway….

The apartment was perfect for us as a family, plenty of space and the location could not have been better. Everything we needed was walkable including some really nice restaurants (Oceana, world famous, jrdn etc). Area felt really safe and we enjoyed running up and down the beach. Would love to return some day!

Sister's retreat

Fantastic! Me and my sisters decided to stay here for a sister's getaway. We have stayed in this location a few times and it's always been very relaxing and location is perfect! Miriam and Bob the owners are so accomodating we definately plan to make this a yearly vacation spot.

Memorable Memorial Day Weekend!

Bob and Miriam are the most thoughtful hosts, and their place is lovely! We stayed in the middle unit (second floor) for a long holiday weekend. The photos are accurate—the unit was actually larger than we had expected, and the deck spaces were huge! What makes this place really special are: 1) unbeatable proximity to the bay beach and ocean beach 2) unique use of pool area at the resort next door and 3) accommodating and helpful hosts. We will be back if there’s availability!

Perfect location for families

We rented both the first and second floor units for our family vacation. We had 3 couples, one with 2 kids(1 and 3) and one with an infant. The grandparents and older child plus one parent slept in this 2 nd floor unit. The balcony was great for hanging out although the climbing 1-1/2 year old had to be closely supervised. The view was spectacular and the kitchen was beautiful although we ended up doing most of the cooking in the lower unit on the charcoal grill. Beds were comfortable. The unit had everything we needed and we wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again.

The view is INCREDIBLE!

The owner Miriam is a gem! She was attentive and had many “extras” for us. She gave us Catamaran Resort pool passes and complimentary Belle tickets, a bottle of wine and a key chain that had the Raley’s rewards fob on it to use when geocery shopping. This condo is literally on the beach and has incredible Bay views. The Catamaran resort has nightly activities that we could enjoy such as live music, beach umbrellas, movies on the beach and I’m sure a few more. We ate at the Oceana restaurant at the hotel at least three times - the food there is great! Plus, the kids can safely play in the grass area in front of the resort. The beds were comfortable and the open floor plan was really nice. The only downfall was that our car couldn’t fit in the garage (I don’t think any SUV would fit). We got a $$$ parking ticket and had to move the car every morning. Other than that it was fantastic!

Christmas

Spent the Christmas holiday at this location. The view of the bay was both calm and peaceful, the walkway below the patio was great for morning walks. The hosts Miriam and Bob were wonderful, kind, communicative, and accommodating. The beach is less than two blocks away, a really easy walk to get to. Highly recommend staying here.
