Ocean Front 2 bedroom 2 Bath Condo

Whitewater views from 3rd floor and south facing (quiet side) condo. 2 ocean view balconies. Parking spot in garage and secure building. 2 elevators, & community hot tub. Walk to restaurants, CVS, Ralph's, stores and bars. Recently upgraded with new kitchen appliances, including refrigerator, stove top, oven, dishwasher, new carpet, tile, and bathroom sinks and hardware. Leather couch and chairs. King bed in master, with new mattress and new queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Owner uses condo, but will rent occasionally during the year. The building doesn't have air conditioning, but there are fans in the closets.

Perfectly described, the view was stunning! Bed was extremely comfortable. I read in a prior review there was some beach stuff at the condo, however only towels are provided. Bring your own boogie boards and chairs for the beach.

My parents purchased the condo when it was built in 1974. They used to have it as a vacation rental but 15 years ago rented it long term. Recently they decided to use it themselves and when it is vacant, rent it to vacationers.

Why they chose this property

This is an ocean front building, with wonderful views of the the beach, boardwalk and people having fun. It is on the south sunny side of the property, so it does not have all the noise from the bars and restaurants, yet close enough to walk to them. You can walk to restaurants, stores, bars, groceries and yoga.

What makes this property unique

3rd Floor, south facing condo with two ocean view balconies. Recently upgraded with new tile and carpet floors, kitchen appliances, bathroom cabinets and plumbing hardware. 2 large tv's, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
