Villa Samui is a fantastic property that combines comfort, charm and an excellent location, perfect for a family or friends’ holiday. With a welcoming atmosphere and well-designed spaces, this villa offers unforgettable moments and complete relaxation.



The living and dining area is bright and spacious, creating a comfortable and inviting environment. Large sliding doors provide direct access to the garden and pool area, making it an ideal space to relax, socialize or enjoy peaceful moments with family and friends.



On the ground floor there are four bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed en suite with shower, one bedroom with two single beds en suite with a bathtub and one bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower. There is also an additional bathroom for extra convenience.



On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds en suite with shower and access to a balcony with pool views, providing a private and relaxing space.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the facilities needed to prepare meals easily and comfortably, with a breakfast table for more informal dining.



The exterior of the villa is one of its main highlights, with a private pool, barbecue and an outdoor dining area, perfect for enjoying the sun, the outdoors and leisure time in the garden.



Villa Samui is located in Montechoro, in a convenient area close to all amenities, with easy access to the center of Albufeira, the Strip and the historic Old Town, ideal for exploring the city and enjoying everything Albufeira has to offer.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please gather all used towels in one place, such as in the bathroom or near the washing machine. Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Minimum/multiples 7 night stay & Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €400 / Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).

Great Stay for a Relaxing Break

We had a lovely stay. The place felt spacious, comfortable and ideal for enjoying time with friends and family. Everything was easy and convenient, and the outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. We also appreciated having the option of boat tours, which made the trip even better.

Amazing stay for a group setting

The location is perfect for both old town/new town and very reasonable from the Airport. The accommodation is roomy, rustic yet nice decor and a lovely pool. Plenty of space for up to 12 people, (we had 10). Algarve Vacation (Olivia) has been fantastic and attentive throughout. The lockbox only has 1 key so if there is a group, it can be difficult to navigate if the group do not stay together. Perhaps multiple keys (2-3?) or a code lock that activates the doors/gates.

Great place for teenager

We had a great experience with this property. The house itself was fantastic, and the agent was incredibly helpful and patient in answering all our questions—thank you so much for that, Olivia! I booked the house for my 17-year-old son and his group of nine friends, and they had the time of their lives.The only downside was the issue with the deposit (250 euro pp). Some of the furniture was quite old and instable upon arrival already and a sunbed ended up breaking, and now we're being charged to replace a sunbed (350 euroVAT) that wasn’t worth more than 50 anymore. It's disappointing that the owners aren't taking any responsibility for wear and tear on aging furniture.

Stunning property in a fabulous location with everything you need. Great outdoor area and entertaining area, lots of space and all the equipment. Perfect for setting up bedrooms as lots of configurations. Sleeps 10 easily, 12 if you have children as was a set of bunk beds. Easy to walk to the strip, convienent for taxi to old town, new town, the strip and shops like Aldi etc. these are walkable but if lord of shopping it’s better to Uber back….we found out the hard way. Gorgeous neighbourhood, would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Lovely property but some challenges with hot water

This property was great for our family trip of 12, including 4 kids under 7. The backyard is the best part - a beautiful pool and space the kids enjoyed playing in. The villa is as listed, including that it is fully self service - be aware that aside from one garbage bag you'll need to procure all necessary supplies like dish soap, sponges, etc. The staff were very communicate and responsive as well.One major issue for us was the spotty hot water for about 4 days of our one week stay, including no hot water for 2 of those days. The staff were responsive and came to the property multiple times to try to address the issue (e.g., solar panels, breaker issues, etc) but it was never ultimately resolved. That put a bit of a damper at the end of our trip since we weren't able to bathe.Otherwise, lovely property.
