Great holiday - wonderful Villa!

Very spacious & comfortable, excellent amenities, lovely pool & convenient for shops & restaurants. The hosts were kind & friendly & helped us out with lots of restaurant recommendations. I would definitely recommend this villa!

We loved our stay at the Villa. The outdoor area was huge with a lovely terrace to eat and drink. Lots of space around the pool for our children to play. The beach is minutes away and we saw the sunset a number of times. Great location close to Olhos de agua, Vilamoura and Albufeira. I would 100% recommend visiting. Lovely and quiet on a night. The only issue we had was the walk to the nearest town was not pushchair friendly. The roads around the villa are not in good condition. This is not the responsibility of the host but something to be aware of if you want to walk. All rooms were air conditioned so lovely and cool and the pool was great foe the kids. Excellent size. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice property for a group

Very nice property. Well maintained. Located close to a very nice beach (Pria Falesia). Nice pool and garden area. Kitchen with everything we needed. Plenty of private parking area.

Great house for geoup of friends or family

The house has plenty of room for groups of 6 or 8. The pool area and patio are great for relaxing, outdoor meals/bbq. The host provided a thorough orientation to the house and surrounding areas/services. We requested early check-in and delayed departure and the host was extremely accommodating. Overall a great experience for our group.

Lovely location

The villa is in a lovely quiet location close to a few restaurants and small supermarkets A car would be a neccessity to get around but taxis are also plenty and reasonable rates Its close to the beach within walking distance Its a lovely villa but just a few things could be done to make it perfect just a bit of updating We had a lovely week as a family of 8 !

Beautiful property. Plenty of space. Children loved the pool. Not much life in the immediate area, though there is a great restaurant and a coffee/snack bar right across the road, and a mini market and stunning beach 5 minutes walk away. More lively area about 15 minutes walk.

Great vacation

This is a great home for big groups! Everything was very clean and well cared for. Ana was a very helpful host, always answered us pretty quickly. The house has comfortable beds and couches and a very good space to eat outside (though there is a dinning area inside too). Moreover, it is very close to the beach! We go through the hotel to the beach and back, which was pretty convenient because we were able to get a drink after the beach while the kids went to the indoors swimming pool of the hotel and the big one outside. We had the best time and hope to come back! Thank you Ana and Antonio!

Estadia muito boa. Espaço exterior fabuloso. Cozinha bem equipada. Perto da praia. Poderiam melhorar o black out nas janelas de um dos quartos, melhorar as televisões nos quartos e os colchões. A repetir !!!

Très belle villa, emplacement privilégié à quelques minutes à pied de la plage

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa, elle est bien conçue, très bien équipée, et bien située, proche de la plage et de quelques commerces à pied, à quelques minutes en voiture de tous les commerces et restaurants. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons sûrement.
