Nice and cozy house with access to a beautiful beach

We had a very nice stay in this location. The owner Bettina was very helpful and responsive. The house is spacious and has a large garden. It is located towards the back of a gated community of vacation homes and villas with access to the beach. All we needed was available in the house, only the oven could need an update and some of the mosquito sreens should be replaced/repaired. We enjoyed our space and the hut at the beach. There are beach chairs and loungers for use and it is a very quiet spot to enjoy the sun and the sea.

Pineta di Roccamare - immer wieder ein Genuss

Für die Pineta di Roccamare ein einfaches Haus, aber vollkommen ausreichend für einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, höchstens ein etwas stärkeres WLAN Signal... (zumindest für die Jugendmannschaft :-) ) Wir waren zu siebt für 2 Wochen da. Der private Strand der Pineta ist immer wieder ein Genuss und für uns unvergleichbar in der Toskana! Wir kommen sicher wieder! Vielen Dank an die Besitzerin. Kommunikation Dank Google-Übersetzer heute kein Problem mehr. Bella Ciao!

Vacanza relax

Abbiamo passato 15 giorni nella casa della sig.ra Bettina. La casa è pulita, ampia e adatta a due famiglie. La proprietaria è stata discreta ma disponibile in caso di necessità. La posizione è ottima e in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia dove si trova un capanno ed una tettoia riservati. La tranquillità sia della casa, immersa nella pineta di Roccamare, sia della spiaggia riservata sono stati impagabili in questo periodo di covid. Suggeriamo solo un paio di piccoli dettagli da migliorare: mancava un para spruzzi ai fornelli, alcune zanzariere erano rotte e favorivano l'ingresso di vari insetti e mancava una luce all'esterno dell'ingresso principale. Per il resto assolutamente consigliata!

Quel bel endroit! La maison est bien équipée et propre Mme Cellini est disponible, confiante et très sympathique La plage est calme, les vacanciers agréables acceptent volontiers notre gros chien La pinède est vraiment un endroit de rêve. Avec en plus une météo parfaite nous avons passé un très beau séjour, nous y reviendrons encore Dominique B

Belle maison dans un jardin spacieux qui respecte la pinède pas de gazon etc donc pas d’utilisation d’arrosage exagéré Nous avons apprécié la propreté de la maison et les équipements neufs la literie de qualité L’acces à la mer est agréable le cabanon un peu étroit mais les occupants voisins étaient absents! Mais nous avons surtout apprécié la confiance de la propriétaire et sa discrétion Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison

Schöner Familienurlaub

Das ältere Haus ist sauber und hat neu renovierte Bäder und Küche (nur die Herdplatten waren asbachuralt!). Es empfielt sich für die Pfanne einen Spritzschutz oder Deckel mitzubringen. Ein mittelgroßer Topf und ein Schneebesen wären auch von Vorteil. Dafür gibt es eine Spühlmaschine und einen großen Kühlschrank mit Eisschrank. Man hat viel platz und der Gargen ist super. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Die Vermieter waren auch sehr nett und unkomplieziert. Unter den Pinien hat man schönen Schatten und es war auch sehr ruhig in der Anlage. Leider gab es sehr viele Mücken und das Haus hat nicht gerade besonders gute Netze! Der strand ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und der Überdachte bereich und das Hüttchen sind richtig toll!!! Bis zum Nächsten Ort sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort kann man gut einkaufen. Wir waren mit 5 Kindern und es hat uns sehr gut gefallan!!! Vielen Dank

Tolle Lage in der Pineta Roccamare...zu Fuss zum wunderschönen Strand

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in Bettinas schönes Ferien-Bungalow in der Pineta Roccamare. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, wurde neulich von innen in mehrere Räume renoviert, besitzt einen grossen und wunderschönen Garten und viel Platz für bis zu circa 8 Personen. Zu Fuss erreicht man in c. 10 min dem wunderschönen Sandstrand wo man auch eine überdachte Teil des Strandes zu Verfügung hat und eine Kabine von die Liegen zu verfügung sind. Vom Ferienhaus aus erreicht man mit dem Auto in c. 10 min Castiglione della Pescaia, und mit dem Fahrrad c. 20-25 min. Es sind c. 3 km entfernung. Sehr ruhig in der Periode ende Juni/anfang Juli. Sehr zu empfehlen. Bettina ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Grazie Bettina per un soggiorno meraviglioso con la nostra famiglia!
