I’m Sharon, I live in Aylsham with my husband Nick and our cheeky cocker spaniel, Columbo. We love living in North Norfolk with all the beauty of area and we enjoy taking Columbo for long walks on the beach, particularly in the quieter winter months, then back to relax in front of a cozy log fire.
Why they chose this property
We very much enjoyed doing the refurbishment of Duck Cottage, and we are delighted with how amazing it looks now, so we’re pleased to be able to share it for others to enjoy, hopefully as much as we do. We are currently in the process of refurbishing another property in Sheringham which will join Duck Cottage for holiday rentals.
What makes this property unique
Letheringsett is a pretty North Norfolk Village set on the River Glaven, and home to the last flour producing watermill in Norfolk. A short walk from Duck Cottage is the popular Kings Head pub. A mile away is the beautiful Georgian Town of Holt, with many wonderful independent shops, cafes and galleries, plus there are many fantastic pubs and restaurants within easy driving distance.
You can walk to Holt through the countryside, or drive there in just a few minutes. There is a bus service to Holt and surrounding towns and villages, the bus stop at the end of Riverside Road
