About this property
Penthouse-semi rustico -Apartment-Ensuite with Jet bath
Villa Fresnedo Apartments, Unique modernist style villa of about 150 years old completely renovated and divided into 6 totally independent apartments, each with its own style and decoration. Apartments near Cabárceno.
The house has private parking and garden, with playgrounds, all perfectly closed.
We are in the center of the village of solar 20 km. by highway Santander capital, 9 km. from the beaches of Somo, Loredo, Galizano, etc ..., 7 km. of the Cabárceno Nature Park, 80 km. by highway of Bilbao and only 5 minutes on foot from the Balneario de Solares.
Solar is a town of about 7,000 inhabitants with all kinds of services (train and bus station, banks, gas station, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, health center etc).
The house has private parking and garden, with playgrounds, all perfectly closed.
