TOTALLY NEW!!! The Orange House is a magical place next to Arnia beach, in a unique environment, offering superb sea views. The house is built and decorated with love to enjoy the excellent views over the cliffs of the Arnia and the magnificent sunsets. It has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed (135x200) and one with two bunk beds 90x200. Also the living room has a sofa bed 140x200. It has a bathroom with shower. Is fully equipped with sheets, duvets, towels, heating, kitchen with microwave, two refrigerators, pots, pans, paella pan, blender, TV 22 ', DVD, Cable TV, Hi-Fi, washer / dryer, hair dryer, iron, etc.
The garden has large areas to enjoy a relaxing breakfast in the sun on the eastern corner, or lunch and dinner outdoors in the shade of fig trees in the west. It has outdoor furniture table, chairs, sunbeds, hammock, barbecue.

Environment: Close to Santander (7 km), the Orange House is next to one of the most beautiful beaches of Cantabria and a wonderful sea view. The house is 5 minutes walk from the beaches Arnia and Portio and 7 minutes walk from the beach of Covachos. The famous beach of Liencres is 5 minutes by car. The village of Liencres, with its bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets are within walking distance of about fifteen minutes from home. The famous Valley of Pas, Liebana Valley (Potes), Picos de Europam Cabuerniga Valley, CabarcenoPark Nature, Caves of Altamira, Caves Soplao. Include diversity of beaches and coves nearby: San Juan de la Canal, The Arnia, Covachos, Valdearenas in Liencres (Dunes Natural Park), Sardinero, Virgen del Mar (Soto de la Marina), Somocuevas in Liencres (naturist beach) .

We had a wonderful stay. What a view. Our kids were in love with the decoration. The owners are very thoughtful and sent detailed recommendations. The house is very well equipped. Wish we stayed longer.

Beautiful views of La Arnía

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach/restaurants and a 15 minute drive to Santander. The house is great for families… a comfortable size for a family with one toddler or 2 young children (we especially appreciated the box of toys!). The kitchen is a little basic - mini fridge with freezer compartment, no oven, no dishwasher. This wasn’t a problem for us, but is worth noting if you intend to cook most meals. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed the views!

Many thanks for your comments, we're trying to improve guests experience with them. Garden furniture is kept on the shed: 6 pax dinning table and chairs, 4 sun loungers and 4 extra chairs, near the BBQ. We'll try to explain this better on the wellcome mail. Beds are standard as described: one 135cm and 2 90's. We'll consider improve this as well. Thanks four your visit!

Wir fanden es super.

Schönes , rustikales Häuschen mit Meerblick. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Lage ist super, Strand nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, ein sehr leckeres Restaurant am Strand. Wandertouren kann man auch gut hier beginnen. Im Haus angenehm kühl, zumindest Ende Juni bei 29 Grad. Mehrere Terrassen um das Haus herum, sowohl schattig als auch sonnig. Gerne wieder.

Sehr charmantes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist sehr charmant, witzig, fröhlich und bunt eingerichtet. Das hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Der Ausblick auf Meer und Klippen ist herrlich. Abends haben wir vom Gärtchen aus den Sonnenuntergang bewundert und unseren Sundowner genossen. Fußläufig sind zwei Restaurants und ein Strand erreichbar. Die gesamte Gegend ist toll. Wie zwei Erwachsene, die kein Paar sind, dort bequem schlafen können ist uns allerdings nicht ganz klar. Wenn eine Person im Schlafzimmer nächtigt, muss die andere im Kinderzimmer auf einer pinkeldichten Matratze im Etagenbett nächtigen oder es sich auf einer der Couchen bequem machen. Das war ein Wermutstropfen, aber da wir nur ein paar Tage dort waren, kein wirkliches Problem. Auch an der Sauberkeit könnte man arbeiten... Das lässt einen über das Preis./Leistungs-Verhältnis nachdenken. Alles in allem aber ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Endroit merveilleux

L’environnement et la vue sont juste fabuleux. Les 2 restaurants à proximité sont très bien et il est facile de faire ses courses à Liencres. La petite maison est confortable, les chambres sont assez minuscules, mais le salon avec le coin à manger sont spacieux et bénéficie d’une vue spectaculaire. Je recommanderai que pour 2 adultes, ou 2 adultes avec 2 enfants. Le contact avec les propriétaires et avec Martha s’est passé simplement et sans problèmes. Les extérieurs sont charmants et invitent au repos. Le côté négatif sont le manque d’entretien de la petite propriété. Dans la terrasse en bois il y a un gros trou, espérons qu’aucun enfant ne se prenne une cheville dedans. Le frigo est dans un état lamentable, la vaisselle est en bonne partie ébréchée, la porte-fenêtre du salon ne ferme pas etc etc. La propreté laisse malheureusement également à désirer, le micro-ondes était vraiment très sale, le porte-linge de la salle de bains est complément taché, sous le lit il y avait un objet très poussiéreux et indéfinissable etc etc.

Tolle Familienunterkunft

Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub in einem sehr hübschen Häuschen. Der Ausblick ist toll: links die friedlich grasenden Schafe, rechts die Brandung des Meeres. Die nahe Steilküste lädt zu Spaziergängen ein. Das Haus hat alles, was wir brauchten. Es ist für 4 Erwachsene groß genug. Die Lage eignet sich sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Santander sowie nach Comillas und weiter Richtung Westen nach Llanes. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert. Wir haben nur gute Eindrücke mitgenommen.

Con mucho encanto

Podría decir que es la mejor casa donde me he alojado nunca. No le falta detalle, muy cómoda, muy bonita, con unas vistas preciosas, entorno muy tranquilo y muy bien situada. La casa por dentro es perfecta, las habitaciones pequeñas, pero a quien le importa eso si está de vacaciones, por otro lado tiene los armarios correctos para guardar las cosas, la unica pega que puedo poner son las almohadas, que eran cojines, si lo se, me llevo las mias. Tiene de absolutamente todo lo que necesites. Todo el menaje, productos de limpieza, una barbacoa perfecta, un patio que es una auténtica maravilla! Marta está pendiente de todo por si necesitas aclarar cualquier duda o quieres saber cualquier cosa, un encanto. En resumen, una casa magnífica. Repetiría sin dudar.

Superbe !

Une petite maison incroyable. Une vue superbe, avec une baie vitrée qui rend l'expérience inoubliable. Le tout décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La côte à proximité est à couper le souffle et présente une petite plage charmante à moins de 10mn à pied.

VISTAS PRECIOSAS

El alojamiento tiene unas vistas preciosas, y la casa es muy cómoda para los peques. La playa que está más cerca tiene difícil acceso pero con el coche a 7 min hay otras más grandes y con mejor acceso. Por lo general un sitio para volver, aunque eso si mejorando un poco la limpieza, sobre todo el baño.
