This spacious 107 m² loft at 28–30 Boulevard Vallombrosa accommodates up to 10 guests in total, including children. Located on the third and top floor, with no elevator, it offers an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, three bedrooms, a private balcony accessible from the living room and a free private enclosed garage.



• Sleeping arrangements:

• Master bedroom: one queen bed, 160 × 200 cm, with an ensuite shower room.

• Bedroom 2: one double bed, 140 × 190 cm.

• Bedroom 3: one double bed, 140 × 190 cm.

• Living room: two sofa beds, each 140 × 190 cm.



• There are two bathrooms: an ensuite shower room and a second bathroom with a bathtub/shower and its own toilet. A second toilet is in a separate room.

• The ceiling above the bathtub is approximately 160 cm high; adults need to sit in the bathtub to shower.



• Individual reversible air conditioning serves the living room and all three bedrooms.

• The living room has a 55-inch / 139 cm Smart TV, with TV channels through the Orange decoder.

• Orange fibre Internet plan: 2 Gbit, with free Wi-Fi.

• A desk and printer are available for working.



• Cook at your own pace with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

• Coffee and tea are provided.

• There is a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, with washing-machine and dishwasher detergent provided.

• Bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap are included.



• Two baby cots, a high chair and a baby bath are on site.

• Cot mattresses and cot linen are available on request; please request them before arrival.



The private garage is included for one car. Its dimensions are 2.25 m wide × 6 m long × 1.90 m high; please check that your vehicle fits.



Self check-in is available using the apartment’s smart lock. Key lockboxes are for emergency backup only. Make the apartment your own with exclusive guest use, its balcony and the private garage.

You will receive a welcome guide with access instructions. Guests complete a check-in form where we collect their email address and telephone number.



A noise monitor is installed in the living room to monitor sound levels.



Pets are welcome with prior approval before booking. A pet fee applies per animal, per stay. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed.



Our team provides 24-hour reception support and concierge assistance.



Through our local partners, we can arrange private chauffeur transfers (VTC), boat cruises, breakfast delivery, make-up and hair styling, and babysitting.
