Bus station 100 m and railway station less than a km, so car not necessary to visit the French Riviera to Italy, the hinterland and the mediterranean coast to Marseille and- beyond. Nice apartment

Nice apartment centrally located. It had everything we needed and was a quick walk away from the beach, stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive and helpful when needed.

Comfortable modern apartment in the heart of Cannes

This apartment was just perfect! The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from both the beach and the charming, restaurant-filled le Suquet, and the place is very cute! This was easily one of my favorite apartments in a long tour of the region. Highly recommended!

Bel appartement pour de belles vacances en perspective !!!

Très belle région. Cannes est juste magnifique. L appartement est parfait, très bien situé (proche des plages et commerces). Merci au propriétaire, Xavier ainsi qu'à ses 2 amies pour leur accueil. Nous reviendrons et nous le recommanderons à nos proches.

Very nice apartment in ideal location

We, 3 kids and 2 adults, enjoyed 2 very pleasant weeks in this apartment. It is highly recomendable for anybody who wants to close to the beach, the city center and the old part of the town. Everything is very close and there was no need for us to use our car for shopping etc. The host was very friendly and supportive. We can definately recommend staying here.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour Noël afin de se rapprocher de ma belle-famille: nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 3 enfants. La prestation est excellente: l appartement est propre et super bien situé. Nous faisions tout à pieds dans Cannes. Nous recommandons cette location.

Vivre au rythme de Cannes en famille sans voiture

Séjour mémorable à Cannes, malgré les 19 jours de canicule qu’a durée location. Excellente climatisation dans l’appartement. Mon épouse et moi avons voyagé sans voiture avec nos 3 grandes filles (16, 19 et 21 ans). L’appartement était bien adapté à nos besoins et près de tous les attraits de Cannes (la plage, les épiceries, les boutiques, le bus, le train, les nombreux restaurants, etc.) Nous avons aussi apprécié discuter avec les voisins. Merci beaucoup pour l’accueil chaleureux que nous avons reçu. Nous recommandons à nos amis canadiens et québécois cet appartement très sécuritaire, propre et bien équipé.

Hi... The host is very gentle and helpful and if you need something you can ask. ... The apartment is very beautiful and clean. ..There is all you need inside; saucepan and towels. .. the air conditioning working very well. .. Appartement très agréable

Ce logement est parfaitement équipé et très confortable. Il correspond en tous points à l'annonce faite par la propriétaire. Il nous a permis de passer une très agréable semaine. Par ailleurs, la réservation a été très rapide car la propriétaire répondait très rapidement aux questions posées; et l'accueil par un membre de sa famille a été très cordial et tout à fait ponctuel. Je recommande sans réserve aucune cet appartement à nos successeurs!

"Ho soggiornato nell''appartamento dal 17 al 24/7/2013 con marito e due figlie adolescenti. L''appartamento è esattamente come si può vedere dalle foto. La posizione è strategica perchè è a 2 minuti dalla spaggia libera e 10 minuti (forse neanche!) dal centro della città. E'' dotato di posto auto il che permette di muoversi per visitare i dintorni senza dover poi impazzire per ritrovare parcheggio per l''auto! L''appartamento è dotato di tutto quanto necessario per un piacevole soggiorno (forse non guasterebbe una pentola grande per la pasta!!!!). Molto comoda la soluzione con i letti per le figlie nel soppalco, dotato di bagno personale. Molto gentile anche l''accoglienza del nipote della proprietaria, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.Torneremo sicuramente!!!"

Just excellent!

The apartment is very nice and conveniently located. It is close to beaches, supermarkets, and at short walking distance from the most interesting places of Cannes. It is very functional and clean. It is also very easy to reach it by car (the apartment has a very comfortable parking lot with a place reserved for renters). We were very much satisfied with our stay. We met the nephew of the owner and he introduced us to the apartment. He was very, very kind and helpfull. Strongly recommended to enjoy a beautiful vacation in Cannes!
