Max 8 people, 4 double bedrooms (bed: 180, 160, 160, 180 cm), 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, open kitchen. Air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms. Renovated in 2021 with everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

The house is located 900 m from the center of Sainte Maxime, which is a pleasant town, many restaurants, beaches, a market and the boat that takes you to the beautiful town of Saint-Tropez in 10 minutes.

The property was great! From the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor dining spaces, we had beautiful views with very well-appointed amenities. We especially loved the awesome coffee maker - what a treat! Ane was always helpful with questions. We let her know about a problem with the fridge and she immediately responded.

Amazing views

Just returned from an amazing 10 nights at this lovely villa near Sainte Maxime. Great location, although I would suggest a car is an essential. The views are stunning due to the elevated setting. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could require for a comfortable stay. Recently renovated kitchen and bathrooms and a light open plan interior. Various seating areas around this spacious plot, a good sized pool and even a hot tub, we could not have asked for anything more. Ane is a lovely host and promptly responded to any questions or problems we encountered. She is very knowledgeable on the local area and on hand for any advice or recommendations. I would love a return visit at some stage.

Maison propre et très bien équipé, piscine très grande et sympa. Bain à remous payant et non précisé dans l annonce et un peu surpris de voir une chambre hors maison dans le garage ce qui est dommage. Sinon nous avons passer un bon séjour.

Thank you for choosing my house. Everything about payment is in my description, off course. You even got your rental cheaper as you only put 1 person as renter, and not 7. But I did not argue this. The room apart of the house has its own toilet/zink. I am sorry you did not mention anything while you were there, when we meet. I understood you loved it all… Thanks for the review, even though you did not rate me with 10/10.

Séjour d’une semaine au mois d’août

Superbe maison très bien équipée ( électroménager, vaisselles, barbecue, terrain de pétanque et terrain de pétanque, mobiliers de jardin, etc…) avec sa grande piscine et différentes terrasses. En god oplevelse i Sainte - Maxime.

Et pragtfuldt hus med en fantastisk beliggenhed. Huset er ny renoveret og er i meget fin stand. Vi var seks personer i alderen fra 25 til 60 plus. Alle var positivt overrasket over funktionaliteten af huset og udenoms faciliteterne. Husets beliggenhed giver et godt udgangspunkt for bilture til forskellige aktiviteter. Huset ligger i et roligt område, men ikke længere væk end man kan gå til Sainte – Maxime centrum på 10-15 minutter. Vi kan varmt anbefale en ferie i et fantastisk område og et dejligt hus. Der var en god kontakt til ejeren som var meget behjælpelig i alle henser. MVH familien Græsdal

It is a beautiful house and setting; easy to reach the centre of St. Maxime and StTropez ferry.

We had a very good time. We were lucky with the weather and spent time around the pool as well as travelling around the area. The house was very well appointed; particularly the kitchen,and the owner was always available on the phone to give advice. We would certainly recommend it to others. There were a couple of domestic issues with cleaning and linen provided, but the owner had been let down by a staff member. She is well aware of these issues, was very apologetic and is taking action to ensure that they do not recur. We will certainly consider staying there again.

Wonderful holiday villa

This is a lovely villa in a good location, you are near the beaches and the town whilst still being able to enjoy a peaceful location. you can walk into town within 15 mins however with young children we found the walk too steep back up the hill during the heat of the day, however this did not detract from our holiday. The pool is great and the villa had all we needed, however be aware that the 4th bedroom is in the basement of the villa with external access so if you are considering this for younger children it would be no good, I did not feel this came across in the villa description and was pleased I didn't need to use it. All in all we have had a wonderful holiday and would happily book again.

...So glad you had a wonderfull holiday. Welcome back next year :-) It is right the 4th bedroom is external. And there is toilet here. It is perfect if you have teenageres - then they can be 4 sleeping there. We have also used the house 4 couples then it words out fine as well. There is also aircondition there. This summer has been extreemley hot - "normal" my kids has been walking up hill - but jumping directly into the pool when arrived ;o) Thank you, Ane

Perfect house and souroundings for a good holliday

This house made our holliday even better. It has all you need. It was clean and nice. Pool is perfect with many different areas around the house. This gave us the possibility to stay 2 families in the house for 2 weeks and still be friends after ;o) The house is walking distance to Sainte Maxime town and beach. And the boats to St Tropez from the harbour. Typical french provenciale house, cosy and with a view to the sea, mountain and sundown. The house is also good inside. Will recomend it - very much.

We are a Danish family, 3 children, living in Copenhagen - nearby. We have been in Sainte Maxime the last 22 years every summer. In 2006 we decided to buy our own house - and we haven´t regretted it.

Why they chose this property

This property is our dream of a house in south of france. It has the french style of Provence. Outside there is both pool area, playing area with boule court and table tennis, barbecue grill and a quite area with a fantastic view - away from the poolside.

It is possible to be 2 families without problems - even if you need some time alone - there is place for that.

12 minutes walk from the center of Sainte Maxime, which is a very charming town filled with entertainment all year.

Holliday in our house - You won´t regret it.
