The large bay window of the living room opens onto a terrace with lawn.
An infinity pool 10 x 5m with a spectacular sea view extends this terrace. It feels like swimming in the sea ... The pool is protected by a shutter and can be heated.
The garden of 2000m2 is completely fenced and filled with Mediterranean species: arbutus, olive trees, mimosas, fig trees, umbrella pines, etc.
A bowling green is located behind the villa and also allows you to play ping-pong.
