Comfortable 60-square-meter apartment, 4 sleeps, recently renovated, fully equipped, with a large private terrace overlooking the Tuscan hills!
The house is located 1.6 km from the historic center of Massa Marittima, along the local bike trails.
The apartment is elegantly and tastefully furnished, equipped for every need, bright during the day and with lights that create a special atmosphere in the evening.
Enjoy the view of the Tuscan hills from the large private terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner at sunset.
Explore the area's numerous bike trails. Reach the sea and your favorite beaches in just a few minutes' drive, from Cala Violina to the Gulf of Baratti, visit Lago dell'Accesa, picturesque medieval villages, the Abbey of San Galgano, and Siena.
The house is equipped with excellent Wi-Fi (also useful for remote working), a TV, a sofa bed for three people, and two single beds that can also be opened separately. The kitchen is equipped for every need, the double bedroom is ready upon your arrival for a peaceful and pleasant sleep, with spare sheets and blankets, and the bathroom has a spacious and comfortable shower with towels of various sizes.
The house has a private room on the ground floor where you can safely store your bicycles. Easy and free parking is available throughout the area.

Sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung
Das Haus ist von außen wenig ansprechend, umso überraschender die hübsche, kleine Wohnung mit großer Terrasse. Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, kleine Gastgeschenke standen bereit. Fühlten uns willkommen und wohl.

Grazie! Abbiamo completamente ristrutturato l'intero appartamento e la nostra terrazza da pochi anni proprio per rendere la casa confortevole e completa e per far trascorrere una bella vacanza in serenita a tutti i nostri ospiti! Grazie!
