Excellent and beautiful apartment with 2 floors completely renovated located in a charming area in the urban center of downtown Lisbon (BAIXA), with 100 m², tastefully furnished, fully equipped, with capacity for 5 people.
It is an apartment in a historic building in Baixa Pombalina with elevator, with a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one in suite), two balconies and a terrace overlooking the old part of the city from Lisbon. It has internet access, TV, air conditioning (hot and cold), central heating, towels, sheets, amenities, hairdryer and iron.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, fridge, microwave, oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.

Cool apartment, great location

Everything met or exceeded expectations. Our host, Luis, was perfectly responsive on WhatsApp, and provided great guidance regarding restaurants and other places of interest. Walked everywhere, and shops and restaurants in a lively neighborhood.

Terrific apartment, perfect location

This was the perfect place to stay in Lisbon, as we wanted to be in Baixa but not subject to crowds and noise [it helped that we were there in January, but even in busier times, this street is just a little off the busiest parts]. The apartment is what we expected from the pix [this isn't always the case] and the elevator makes the 5th floor easily accessible -- quieter and with views over the city. One particularly notable feature is the small restaurant right across the street [it's on the ground floor of a hotel] that serves a terrific breakfast which we had access to through an arrangement with the rental company. This restaurant is also a wonderful choice for dinner [especially on rainy days] - we ate there several times [we were there for 2 weeks] and everything was excellent + friendly service. Also worth noting two terrific Indian restaurants within a block of the apt -- but, then, it's hard to find a bad meal in [at least this part of] Lisbon. As we were there in January we couldn't tell how the apt would feel in hot weather, but it certainly was comfortable in chilly winter weather. If you enjoy walking around cities, this is an ideal location for exploring "old" Lisbon, close to so many neighborhoods and attractions.

This apartment was in a great neighborhood, a perfect central location for exploring the historic areas of the city on foot. There are many restaurants, a couple of mini-markets and a full grocery store within a few blocks. The apartment was very clean and included all of the necessities to make our stay comfortable. We didn't mind the stairs to the 5th level, and the elevator is a nice benefit with luggage and after a full day/night of sightseeing. The management staff was quick to respond to our questions, especially Monica. We had an issue with the washer/dryer, and she stopped by to fix it and re-explain the operation. She also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and excursions. Our only advice to improve the accommodations might be to include a few written instructions (appliances, shower, A/C, etc) and the information for their guided tours, rather than try to fully explain it at check-in. Check-in was a 30-40 minute process, very informative, but challenging to retain it all after a day+ of travel. We would definitely stay in this unit and/or other properties that Martin offers when we return to Lisbon.

Great Location and Manager

This was the perfect central location with flat streets and lots of shops and restaurants. Monica checked us in and made sure our stay was comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend.
