Charming fully renovated apartment located in a lovely area in the city center of Baixa, Lisbon, with 120 m², tastefully furnished, fully equipped, with capacity for 5 people.



This fantastic apartment in a historic building in Baixa Pombalina with a lift, with a large living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a balcony. It has internet access, TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room only, fans in the bedrooms, central heating, towels, bed linen, amenities, hair dryer and iron.



The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.



Professional and sanitised cleaning with certified products, following the latest international hygiene guidelines.



The location is very central, you can walk to any place in the centre of Lisbon or you can take one of the many public transports available in that area to various parts of the city or to the beautiful beaches of the Cascais line or the Costa da Caparica.

Parking only at a payed public park, 3 minutes away walking. Parking on the street not available.

We have in person check in or the option for a self check in also.

Overall great location and apartment was very nice.Tv never worked thru our entire 5 days, manager claims to have given us access to one news channel unfortunately it was in native language so that was of no help.Management written instructions claim to meet us on first day and go over the check-in process to include a walk thru apartment, that never happened and on several occasions I had to call management to get instructions to work certain appliances, on one occasion I never received a call back, following day I did receive a response that he did not look at his messages all weekend!

Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify a few important points for future guests reading this review. Regarding the statement that management never came to meet you, I personally went to the building on both Thursday and Friday specifically with the intention of meeting you and assisting you in person. Both days I remained at the property for several hours, approximately from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, but unfortunately you were not available, as you informed me that you were out on tours and unable to meet. On your arrival day, we also made an exception and allowed you to leave your luggage inside the apartment before the official check-in time, while our team was still preparing the property, so that you could enjoy Lisbon without having to carry your bags around. Regarding communication during the weekend, I had previously explained that I would not be working and that any assistance required during that period should be requested directly through the booking platform, where our team could provide support. Unfortunately, contacting me personally while I was off duty meant that I was not always able to see or respond to those messages immediately. Concerning the television, we did provide access to the available TV service and tried to assist with the issue. We regret that the available channel did not meet your expectations. We always make every reasonable effort to assist our guests, but an in-person walkthrough naturally requires both parties to be available at the same time. In this case, despite visiting the building on two separate days and spending several hours there, we were unfortunately unable to meet because you were not at the property. We are therefore disappointed that the review suggests that no effort was made to assist you, as this does not accurately reflect the communication, availability and assistance provided throughout your stay. Perfect stay in Lisbon

The apartment is absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous kitchen with more than you would ever need! Very spacious with lots of room to spread out! The location was perfect…right in the center of baixa…easy walking to restaurants and differerent sites! Ver quiet too! Easy check in, very helpful and friendly. Great help in setting of tours! Nice bottle of wine too! Would stay here again!

Lisbon Vacation

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. The location is great; we were less than a block from many areas and it was central to walk to most attractions. The communication from the owner from the time we made our first reservation through our stay was very good. Recommend as a place to stay when visiting Lisbon.

Amazing location

Everything about our stay was lovely. Good air conditioning and it is hot In July. The kitchen was great for what we needed and the living area was comfortable and spacious. Luis helped arranged transport to and from the airport,An excellent tuk tuk tour with a great guide, Carlos, a trip to Sintra with a private guide, through Sofia. All completely excellent and picked us up at our door. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely quiet apartment

Awesome accommodation

This apartment is bright and spacious. It is close to great restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries and stores. It’s central location is convenient for walking. Our hosts Martin and Monica were very helpful in recommending restaurants, points of interest and the Tuk Tuk tour. We highly recommend staying here.

Could not have asked for a better stay

The host met us and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants. He was helpful and timely. The stay itself was great. The apartment was clean, has a large living space, and two large beds which was a great find for this area at the time we were looking. The location was safe at all times and walkable to SO much. Highly highly recommend this stay for anyone looking!
