Apartment with mezzanine, located on Via de' Falegnami, a small street full of excellent restaurants that connects Via Indipendenza to Piazzetta della Pioggia.



This apartment, located on the third floor of a building without a lift, opens onto the living area with a table for two, TV and open-plan kitchen. From here, a staircase leads to the mezzanine which houses a double bed. A bathroom equipped with all fixtures and shower completes the accommodation.
