The house is located on the waterfront with views of both the fjord and the marina from the kitchen-dining room, living room, and spacious roof terrace with lounge furniture. The holiday home has a modern interior with lots of colors. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall and hallway, which are open to the kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped with, among other things, a 60-liter freezer. There is a view of the water from here. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area and a sofa bed for two people. There is a TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services. From the kitchen, there is a patio door with access to the terrace in front of the house. On the ground floor, there is also a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, spacious shower cubicle, towel dryer, washing machine, and dryer. The large windows on the ground floor are equipped with external slatted blinds/shutters that are controlled by remote control.A stair lift has been installed from the ground floor to the first floor, making it accessible for people with walking difficulties. On the first floor, you will find another spacious bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a toilet, sink, towel dryer, and shower cubicle. Living room with sofa, wood-burning stove, and TV with Chromecast for streaming your own services. From the living room, there is access to the spacious roof terrace with lounge furniture. From the first floor, there is also access to a loft. When staying in this cottage, you have the cozy harbor environment within walking distance. Here you will find a playground, petanque court, café, and ice cream parlor with tables and benches. Plenty of opportunities to enjoy life in peace and quiet by the water. Not available for rent to groups of tradespeople or youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
