Bright and well-appointed cottage with whirlpool located on a natural plot with trees in a quiet cottage area by the Limfjord. From the cottage there are only approx. 200 meters to the water. The house is furnished with combined living room and kitchen. The living room has comfortable furniture as well as flat screen TV, radio with CD player and eco-friendly air to air heat pump to supplement the heating. The house's kitchen is well equipped with i.a. ceramic hob and dishwasher. The house is furnished with three good bedrooms and a large bathroom with comfortable underfloor heating. Here you will find the house's whirlpool, where you can be thoroughly heated and massaged after a swim in the fresh water of the Limfjord. There is also a practical extra toilet with sink in the house. There is good shelter on the large natural plot and there is both open and covered terrace. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
