A lovely bright, contemporary annexe with an enclosed private garden perfect for a couples retreat and located just over 6 miles from Widemouth Bay and 8 miles from Bude.. All on the Ground Floor:

There is also a shower room opposite the bedroom. Outside there is an enclosed lawned garden with outdoor seating.
If spending time on the beach is your thing, then with miles of sand, swimming and surf, you’ll be spoiled for choice with many beaches nearby, the nearest being just 6 miles or so away. Much of the coastline in the area is owned by the National Trust and is a haven for wildlife, providing fabulous walking opportunities. There are many pretty coves and inlets to discover within a short drive of this cottage including Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Morwenstow and stunning Tintagel, inextricably linked to the legend of King Arthur.
Bude is a fabulous coastal town that once visited, you will want to come back to time and time again. The rolling waves are great for surfing all year round and the footpaths by the restored canal or on the Southwest Coastal Path offering you a superb opportunity to explore and appreciate the outstanding countryside. Bude also has a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and a heritage centre at Bude Castle.
The property is also perfectly located for you to discover the many natural delights that North Devon has to offer such as Exmoor National Park with its magical night skies in Europe’s first ‘Dark Sky Reserve’, the many rugged coastal towns and quaint villages such as Hartland, Lynton & Lynmouth, Ilfracombe and the world-famous Clovelly Village with their awe-inspiring scenery and there are plenty of family-oriented places to visit including Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep farm-themed park and many others.
