Good Communication, but…

They were very responsive, helpful and flexible. However, for the price per night in winter… Small, damp, dank place. Carpet was stained and the floors, shower and the rest were generally a little dirty. Basement unit, the stairs and entry to which was gross. Place was tiny, bathroom was even smaller. Minuscule shower, but excellent water pressure and hot water. Soap was basically out. Sink was a tiny thing on top of toilet or tiny one in the main room. Knees while on toilet hit shower door. Toilet kept flushing by itself all day and night. Banging noises from upstairs. No signal and wifi never worked and/or couldn’t even find the right one and password given was questionable on accuracy. Beds were tiny, feet hit wall or hung off. Comfortable enough though, although sheets were small so if you moved, the sheet came off and you were on the mattress, which nobody ever wants to be. Strange people hanging around watching you come and go, found the window unlocked, so that whole situation was weird. Nevertheless it was very close to the beach and pier and had the greatest little cafe on the corner. However, the place to stay if you are here for the town and public transportation is on the other side of town, although this side was interesting. Said could sleep 4 and there are 4 beds, including a bunk, but there would not be an inch of floor space and it was very crowded for two. I can’t say that I would stay there again.
