A nice little flat in a amazing location, very close to the beach and central Brighton! would recommend to friends and if going back to Brighton will book again!

Clean and very well situated. Well set up for longer stays but worked well for us for one night! Unfortunate smell of cigarettes from a previous guest but that faded quickly.Host was polite and helpful, overall a lovely stay.

Location is everything! Perfect as a base for exploring Brighton, clean and tidy and everything you need. Check in a bit disorganised, paid for early access but not ready, host resolved quickly and offered later check out. The flat is on the edge of the Lanes and all attractions are less than 10-15 mins walk away, beach is one minute. Would recommend!
