In the middle of 2 hectares of greenery, fruit trees and river, view of the listed village of Mirmande and the Ardèche valley, this mansion has been completely renovated with taste from 2008 to 2013 on 3 levels, allowing adults and children to each have their haven of peace. A large billiard room, a 13-meter swimming pool, a living room, a dining room and a very large kitchen in exposed stone which opens onto the terrace through two bay windows. 6 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, three toilets, wifi and three TV spaces. The house with its large stone walls benefits from coolness in summer while being very bright.

Séjour en famille

Maison très agréable et idéale pour un séjour en famille. Enfants et adultes ont trouvé leur bonheur! Demeure magnifique et charmante. Hôte de très bon conseil, maison tout à fait conforme à la description. Magnifique terrain de boule, superbe piscine, ambiance provençal, tout était la!

Magnifique ancienne magnanerie

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette propriété en pleine nature avec beaucoup de charme, très bien décorée et qui bénéficie de beaucoup d’espaces pour la détente. Propriétaire très sympathique et accueil très chaleureux à l arrivée par Khadija.

Un séjour reposant en famille dans la Drôme provençale

Très grande et très belle ancienne bâtisse restaurée avec beaucoup de goût. La maison reste fraîche même pendant les grandes chaleurs. Le hamac au frais sous les arbres invite à la sieste et la piscine est bien agréable. Environnement calme et paisible avec une belle vue sur les collines drômoises. Un grand merci à Richard et Marina pour la gentillesse de leur accueil.

Belle propriété de charme dans le calme de la Drôme provençale

Tous les membres de notre famille ( très jeunes ,jeunes et moins jeunes... )ont apprécié cette propriété de caractère qui dégage beaucoup de charme et d’authenticite On ne se lasse pas de La vue superbe sur la campagne et le village de Mirmande Nous avons apprécié l’ambiance sereine et également l’ ambiance « place de village provençal « privatisée le soir sur l’immense terrasse et l’allee principale bordée d’arbres

This is our family property, so all what we like in term of decorations, vintage and antique furnitures are here. We are in countryside full of nature with pool and small riverside also. A lot of birds and trees. This is a relaxing place.
