Great location to stay and see area State and National Parks including Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow Sate Park. The view there from the balcony is very nice. We were on the second floor and it was nice to have access to an elevator to take stuff up. It was also nice to have good access to tv stations. Thanks for a nice place to stay
